OLD TOWN LOCATION...
A beautifully furnished and comfortable home, located just 5 short blocks to Duval Street. Have bikes delivered and you will rarely need your vehicle to get around the Island if at all!
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

FURNISHINGS...
Updated furnishings throughout this charming 2 bedroom home. The living room features vaulted ceilings and has several French doors which open to the deck and pool. The kitchen is located off the living room and is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. There are ceiling fans and flat screen TVs located in each bedroom as well as closets to store all your belongings.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is outfitted with a comfortable king size bed and full tiled bathroom en suite. The guest bedroom in on the first floor and has two twin beds which can be conveniently converted to a king to meet your needs. There is also a full bath located next to the guest bedroom. There is also a queen size sofa bed located in the living room for additional guest sleeping.

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Open the rear French doors and step out to a private small heated pool where you can cool off. The deck is equipped with two loungers and a small table for two.

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

Sunshine + pure vaca Joy!

Beautiful, charming home in a lovely, historic neighborhood. The neighbors were so friendly & kind to us. The house had everything we needed, and the outdoor shower was such a bonus… we absolutely loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very clean and perfect for our family. We liked the experience better than staying in a hotel as we did the previous visit to Key West. It was nice to have a “home” to go to after sight seeing. This home is perfect for a small family. The rental process is super easy and Whitney did a fantastic job communicating with us about our stay. I wish we had booked an extra couple of days!
