Our fully serviced and furnished long term rental (30+ nights) is located just minutes from Downtown Vancouver. We offer stylish, comfortable, spacious and family friendly 2 bedroom accommodation right in the heart of Kitsilano, Vancouver’s premiere neighbourhood.
Our Avalon Suite is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment located on a quiet tree-lined residential street which can sleep up to 6 guests plus a small child in a crib.
Our self-catering guest suite offers all the amenities of a comfortable home and is located just steps away from restaurants, cafes, bakeries, organic grocery stores, yoga studios, book stores, spas, fitness centres and direct bus links to downtown Vancouver and UBC. Some of Vancouver’s most beautiful beaches are only a short stroll away and we are surrounded by green space and parks, yet only 150m from shopping on Broadway
We offer keyless private entry (door code supplied upon booking) and a private patio at the suite entry as well as a child friendly garden with fully enclosed trampoline.
The suite offers a queen bed in each of the 2 bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living room as well as a gas fire place to add to the cozy ambience during the colder months. Our suite kitchen is newly renovated and stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware and we welcome our guests with fresh fruit, tea/coffee preparation supplies and milk.
We have been offering award winning service and have consistently been voted "Best Vancouver Accommodation" on Tripadvisor.

Heritage suite was everything it say it is. We had a great 10 night stay. The accommodation is to a high standard, location is excellent with beach and shops nearby and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We would stay again.

We spent our 14 day quarantine in this suite and found it to be well equipped, quiet and comfortable. We had everything we needed and Julia and Michael made us feel welcome as we returned to Canada.
