About this property

The house is located 80 meters from Patacho Beach and its calm blue sea. In the middle of an extensive coconut grove and with few houses built the house has free view of the sea and coconut trees from its land.

The space

SPACE: 230 square meters are large and ventilated rooms and rooms. Three balconies to relax on hammocks, chairs or sofas.

COMFORT: ALL ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING SPLIT. 2 of them have a double KING SIZE bed and the other 2 have 4 beds that can become double beds. There are two suites on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Its large windows and doors open onto balconies and coconut trees providing beautiful views and plenty of ventilation. When closed, the rooms turn into dark, cool and quiet places. There are 3 bathrooms with HOT SHOWER and a toilet in the ground floor room, as well as two showers outside the house. Large kitchen with 4 burner stove, refrigerator and all necessary utensils for those who like to cook.

ARCHITECTURE: The house is inspired by the rustic architecture of northeastern Brazil and southern France, using references ranging from hydraulic tiles, burnt cement, to the traditional blue of Provencal houses.

“Sossego no Patacho?”

Depende! A Casa Donato, é muito agradável, linda, convida ao descanso, Nil muito gentil e prestativo. Mas tem no momento três construções próximas, uma ao lado da casa , do próprio dono da Casa. Um barulho infernal de maquita, britadeira, serra, talhadeira... Após algum desgaste, a obra foi temporariamente suspensa durante a nossa estadia. Portanto se certifique com o proprietário esses itens se vc faz questão de sossego... se não... va tranquilo... a casa é muito boa mesmo!

Casa muito bonita com uma energia muito boa, perto da praia, a Vivi que contratamos para cozinhar fazia comidas deliciosas, se sentimos em casa voltaria mil vezes.

Casa muito boa!

A casa é excelente, confortável, próximo à praia, limpa, organizada. Alguns poréns: geladeira não funcionou corretamente no primeiro dia; construção ao lado e em frente à casa, ou seja, desde 07:00h muito barulho de obra, caminhão, etc... Tirando isso, vale a pena!

Mais um carnaval passamos na casa Donato. Ela está cada vez mais linda e estruturada, com móveis lindos e coloridos, camas confortáveis e lençóis de boa qualidade, almofadas e luminárias divertidas, além de utensílios domésticos de ponta. A última novidade é a estante de livros e jogos, o que facilita na hora do ócio e nos presenteia com ótima leitura! Outra novidade que encontramos dessa vez e que fez toda diferença está no jardim, onde se encontram os chuveirões. Quanta diferença chegar do mar e poder se refrescar do calor nesses chuveirões enormes. Outro diferencial na casa Donato são os funcionários, Nil e Tiana estão sempre presentes com sua simpatia e disponibilidade, ao acordarmos temos uma mesa linda de café da manhã, água de coco à disposição e a certeza de um almoço delicioso. Eles também nos oferecem dicas e endereços dos serviços da região, como peixe fresco, crustáceos e restaurantes. Não poderia deixar de falar dos chuveiros novos nos banheiros e ar condicionados potentes que foram colocados recentemente. Tudo de excelente qualidade e muito bom gosto. O que ainda nos deixa carentes, se posso assim dizer, é o fato de não haver uma piscininha no jardim, só isso pra deixar a casa Donato perfeita!! Esse detalhe não deixa o lugar menos interessante, porque o mar fica pertinho e é espetacular, mas na volta seria maravilhoso ficar de molho numa piscina até tarde da noite. Quero voltar muitas vezes a esse lugar especial que é a Casa Donato, parabéns aos proprietários e funcionários e até breve!!
