Yes we have internet & AC! Panoramic view of the creek with sensational sunsets, fishing, and boating. Kayak/canoe, SUP to Saratoga Lake or to Schuylerville. Both the creek and lake are FULL of large and smallmouth bass, etc. There is a very large living space in the home. Nature lovers, birders (Bald Eagles, Red Tail Hawks, Kingfishers abound) paddlers' paradise (did you see the beaver?!), and close to thriving downtown Saratoga Springs. Bar!
The open floor plan allows for a great entertaining area, family gathering space and kitchen. The living room features a TV. The second floor has the four bedrooms and two baths. The master suite on this level has a king bed and large deck with seating overlooking Fish Creek. This room also has a mini-fridge, sink, toaster, coffee maker, and seating/lounge. There is a separate entrance to this deck. The other bedrooms have queen, full and trundle beds and are tastefully decorated. The washer/dryer is on the first floor. A dock, overlooking the lake, is a great place to enjoy sunsets, sunbathe, swim, and fish. The grounds have a patio area, grill and fire pit. 3 kayaks, life vests, and 3 canoes and a stand up paddle board are available for renters' use. Cable TV. Wireless internet. Private parking. Additional photos available upon request. Fishing licenses, poles, and tackle are not provided. Huge wetlands – a birders paradise. Toddlers and children under 12 are discouraged. 2 exits to the new West Mt. Downhill Mt. Bike Park and unlimited hiking in the 6 million acre Adirondack Park. Easy access to Route 29 (Lake Ave. which goes directly into downtown). No pets please - Pet and pet-hair free house.
