This block of apartments is situated to the north of the Island of Malta, located in a quiet residential street but nonetheless is only five minutes walk from many attractions offering a comfortable, friendly atmosphere catering for families, couples and single travellers

Bugibba centre situated approximately 500 metres away offers shops, bars and restaurants. One can walk down from the apartment to the promenade which takes you along the coast of St. Paul's Bay, Bugibba and Qawra.

Buses from just down the road will take you to any destination in Malta. Limestone rock beaches surround the coast of St. Paul's Bay where one can find water sports and many perfect spots for snorkeling or possibly take a diving or boat trips around the coast, or even charter a skippered yacht all for yourself. The village f St Paul’s bay has retained also its own character and charm, that of a fishing village.

This apartment is situated in a block of rental apartments. The apartments are brand new and are served with lift. All the apartments in this block are rental properties and are fully managed by a professional team who service the apartments to ensure everything is up to specs.

This 2-bedroom apartment consists of an open plan kitchen/living /dining leading to a front balcony with street views measuring approximately 2.5m by 1m. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy cooking meals. It has a gas hob with electric oven and microwave making it ideal for sophisticated cooking or just a quick meal. It has a dining table setting for 4 people and a comfortable couch area and an LED TV with full cable programs.

The apartment further consists of a master bedroom with a double bed with en-suite and a twin bedroom. The Ensuite comes fully equipped with shower cubicle. Furthermore, the apartment has a full family bathroom with a bath tub and shower in it. Also it has a box room where the washing machine is placed. Moreover, the apartment has a back balcony that overlooks the private gardens of the neighbours making it quite airy and sunny also with seaviews of St Paul's Bay and the small Island.

The apartment comes complete with linen and towels. It has also complementary Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment. This makes it ideal for those who are after a car free holiday as it is walking distance to any amenity. Both bedrooms and living room are fully air-conditioned.

Good Location for St. Paul's Bay
This property is generally clean and tidy, and well located for access to St. Paul's Bay, with its many shops and restaurants. It's an ideal base for Scuba diving and you can easily visit all parts of Malta and neighbouring Gozo by bus. We discovered few minor niggles with the property, e.g. no dishwasher as advertised and it did need of some superficial maintenance at the time of our visit, but otherwise OK.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter hat hervorragend funktioniert. Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt. Es gab ein Welcome-Paket mit allen möglichen brauchbaren Dingen und sogar einer Flasche Wein. Das Apartment ist groß, hell und sauber. Zudem ist es ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. An Geschirr und Kochutensilien ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar scharfe Messer. Vom Wasserkocher über Bügeleisen/-Brett, Wäscheständer bis hin zur Waschmaschine alles da. Es gibt allerdings nur so eine Alu-Espresso-Kanne für die Kaffeetrinker. Das WLAN funktioniert gut. Die Betten sind angenehm, nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Es gibt in jedem Raum eine Aircondition. Ein Safe ist auch vorhanden. Von der großen Terrasse kann man durch die Häuser das Meer sehen. Auch hier ist das Mobiliar modern mit bequemen Stühlen. Vor der Tür gibt es 'Easy Buy', wo man im Prinzip alles kaufen kann. Wenige Meter weiter 'Euro Saver', ein weiterer Supermarkt. Wer richtig gut sortiert und gepflegt einkaufen will, muss ein paar hundert Meter zum zweietagigen Carefour/Trolley Supermarkt laufen. Da gibt es wirklich restlos alles. Die Uferpromenade mit vielen Restaurants ist max. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der kleine aufgeschüttete Strand von Bugibba wenige Hundert Meter entfernt, aber alles zu Fuß machbar. Die Busanbindung ist ebenfalls prima. Nicht weit entfernt ist die Haltestelle 'Imhasel' von der viele Busse in alle Richtungen abfahren. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Apartment/den Anbieter sehr empfehlen!

Nice apartment, good value
This was our 7th visit to Malta, our first time in St Paul’s Bay. The accommodation was very pleasant, and represented good value. The location was quiet. There was a lift – 2 persons and 1 case at a time, maximum! – essential for the 3rd floor. The apartment was spotless, and airy, with a through breeze when we opened the balcony windows at either end. The washing machine was a luxury. One or two very small niggles. The TV was difficult to work – we gave up in the end. The “ample on-street parking” pertained during the day in midweek, but wasn’t really anything like “ample” in the evening / overnight / at the weekend. One evening, the play we attended in Valletta finished at 11:20pm, we arrived ‘home’ at about 12:15am, and were about 40 minutes finding somewhere to park. But ... during the day, and on weekdays, parking was easy. Those niggles, I stress, were minor niggles. We aren’t great telly fans anyway, and we used a taxi firm on our last evening out (in Mdina ... €34 return, which we thought was reasonable). I’d recommend this apartment - we enjoyed our stay there.
