Hilltop Retreat on an acre - perfect for family and friends

Four bedroom three bath home; new flooring throughout; gas fireplace in family room; large entertainment room with a pool table; beautiful views on half an acre; kid friendly with a playset in the yard, crib, highchair and safety gates. Comes with all the amenities of home, including TVs in every room with Dish Satellite, and free Wi-Fi. Central AC and heating, along with a patio deck heater and propane barbecue. Fire pit with surround seating and beautiful views. Please visit us for a break from the heat or to play in the snow. We welcome your stay and hope you enjoy our home in the White Mountains as much as we do.

Family Getaway

It was a great property to hide away from the world over New Year's. It was my family(husband, me and 13 year old daughter) my parents and my older sister's family (her husband and 19 year old son). We had a blast, enjoyed cooking in a fairly well stocked kitchen, doing a puzzle on the coffee table, played a pool tournament and watch a ton of sporting events. We did got outside much as it was cold for us but it was beautiful. The beds were great and we were all comfortable. We would stay again.

Christmas up north

We enjoyed our Christmas but missed out on the snow.so we drove up by sunrise to play in the snow. But we had a miss hap with the gas fireplace but the hostess got back to me and resolved the issue quickly. We would recommend and rebook again in the future. It was a great Christmas experience.

Great place!

The Hilltop Retreat was a great place for my large family. The cabin was clean and had games for the kids to play and pool and darts. We would stay here again!

I am a retired accountant, and my husband is a retired salesman. We have a family of four married children, seven grandchildren; and more to come👍We have lived in the West Valley since 1999; previously native to California.

Why they chose this property

Purchased hilltop retreat in the spring of 2017. After a couple months of making improvements, such as a playset and tetherball in the front yard, replacing all of the flooring, and adding some extra beds, we put our property on Homeaway. Recently added a front yard firepit with seating for 8+ with fantastic views.

Once we were done with the improvements, we stayed at our home over the Fourth of July with our family of multiple generations. We were very happy that everyone enjoyed the home as much as we did. We look forward to many more family and personal getaways to our home in the White Mountains.
