Villa Stolovi is an imposing stone villa situated on a hill Stolovi, Slivno-Ravno in a lovely southern Croatian region.
Luxuriously decorated in an elegant antique-style, a complete furniture is handmade.
The villa contains: 5 luxurious rooms with bathroom (1st floor), 2 separate toilets (ground floor), large living room with kitchen and dining room (ground floor), large outdoor summer kitchen with fireplace and wine cellar (fully equipped). The villa can comfortably accommodate MAX.15 adults, includes 10 elementary and 5 extra beds.

Outstanding time in Marijana's Villa Stolovi!

We were 9 friends traveling to Croatia and so we all were excited to stay at Marijanas place. Marijana made it possible to have a bit earlier check in but at the end we came on time to the regular check in as we have done our grocery shopping before. Her hospitality and generosity was outstanding. We all travel a lot but never experienced that there was already waiting a cream tarte, cold cut plate and two bottles of wine as a guest present for us. Wow! Communication was easy. She explained us the need to knows about the house and machines. She was always available for us in case of questions or concerns. Everything was spacious and accommodating. The outside kitchen we used daily and due to the nice weather we were inside mostly just for sleeping. The two fridges in the outside kitchen and one in the inside kitchen offered us enough space for our food and drinks. The tennis court invited us to play some matches. Equipment is available. If you’re playing professional tennis, we recommend to bring your tennis racket. The pool was cleaned daily and our request to check out early on our departure date was confirmed and done on time. The deposit had been paid out without any questions. We really enjoyed our one week stay and recommend to stay at Marijanas Villa Stolovi.

Tolle Villa für die Abschlussfahrt

Wir haben eine Woche als Mannschaft mit 17 Personen in der Villa verbracht. Das komplette Anwesen ist der Wahnsinn. Man liegt komplett abgelegen oberhalb von Weinbergen und Olivenbaumplantagen. Wunderschöne Sicht aufs Meer. Pool, Tennisplatz, kleiner Kunstrasenplatz für Fußball, Tischtennisplatte. Uns ist trotz schlechtem Wetter, die ersten 3 Tage, nie langweilig geworden. Grandioser Außenbereich mit Außenküche (Gas), großem Kühlschrank, Grill/Kamin und Pizzaofen. Riesiger Massivholztisch an dem die ganze Mannschaft Platz hat. Die Kommunikation mit Marijana war immer hervorragend. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub :)

Great Stay at Villa Stolovi

I stayed at Villa Stolovi with a big group of friends for a week. The house is really spacious and has the best views, communication with Marijana was also great. Her and her family are the most generous hosts!

Schönes Reiseziel für Gruppen

Ich war mit 14 Freunden in der Villa und wir konnten die ganze Ausstattung sehr gut genießen. Dennoch gab es kleinere Schwierigkeiten mit der Klimaanlage die zwar sofort versucht wurde zu reparieren, aber dann wieder Probleme gemacht hat. Außerdem hatten wir am letzten Abend kein heißes/warmes Wasser mehr, was aufgrund der Lage und des Alters der Villa zu entschuldigen war. Die Villa an sich hatte viel Charme und Charakter und war sehr sehr gut ausgestattet. Schon vor und bei dem Check in hat alles gut funktioniert. Leider wurde uns an keiner Stelle gesagt, dass der Weg zur Unterkunft sehr schwer zu erreichen war, da es ein Kies/Steinweg mit sehr steilen Kurven war. Wir konnten mit unserem Bus kaum hoch kommen und haben ihn dann später auch unten stehen lassen, da wir zum Glück ein 2. Auto hatten, mit dem der Weg bewältigt werden konnte. Aber man sollte sich vorher bewusst sein, dass ein gut fahrendes Auto notwendig ist. Ein großer Plus Punkt war, dass uns Wasserkanister zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, die am Ende mit der 300€ Bar Kaution verrechnet wurden. Dubrovnik konnte mit dem Auto in 2 Stunden erreicht werden und war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Auch die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr zu empfehlen. Leider war der Check out sehr schlecht organisiert. Wir hatten uns einen Tag vorher auf 9:30 Abnahme geeinigt, da wir auch 15 Stunden Autofahrt vor uns hatten. Leider warteten wir auch 10 Uhr noch und uns wurde nicht mal Bescheid gesagt, nach mehreren Nachfragen kam sie dann ohne Entschuldigung 11:30 Uhr. Sehr schade. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen, es gibt keine Nachbarn weit und breit und man kann den Tennisplatz, Außenküche und vieles mehr sehr gut nutzen.
