This newly built 3800 sq. ft, 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath lake front house has everything needed for a vacation getaway. This home has 3 floors. The main floor features a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A huge walk-in pantry will hold everthing your group needs for your stay. The kitchen table can extend up to 10 ft. long to accomodate your whole group. The bar also has 4 barstools to add additional seating to the kitchen. There is a half bath on this level and also the master bedroom and bath. The master bath has double vanity, jacuzzi tub, and seperate shower. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with a large walk-in closet.

Upstairs features two bedrooms, full bathroom, and a loft. In the loft area there is a TV, custom made table, and a sectional sleeper sofa which converts to a queen size bed. One bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and the other bedroom features 2 bunk bed sets.

The walk-out basement has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. The brand-new high-efficiency washer and dryer are located on this level. There is a full bathroom on this level also. There are two sleeper sofas downstairs which convert to queen size beds. There is a pool table and large TV for something for everyone. There is also a full size refrigerator and sink area to house all the extras you may need for the week.

Outside there is a custom made picnic table that can seat 20+ people comfortably. There is a dock for your boat or jetski or to just fish off of also. This is a perfect spot for a fire to roast marshmallows and hotdogs.

Off the main level there is 2300 sq. ft of covered porch with lots of seating for everyone. From the walk-out basement there is an additional 1240 sq.ft of covered porch.

Everything about our stay and the home was great! Melyssa was very accommodating, setting up a Christmas tree and allowing us a late check out. The location on the lake was fabulous and we are planning for a summer rental to enjoy it even more.

The photos actually do not do the home justice. It is even nicer in person.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful setting. Very clean.Comfortable for Our large family!

Well laid out. Lots of parking.

Loved having the deck as cover during the rain to unload cars & play corn hole & grill out.Cabin was beautiful, great kitchen, well stocked, great appliances. Everything worked. Everything was well marked & labeled to help you find things.

(Hang onto the railing going to the basement, Stairs are a little steep.. Beautiful wood floors... Slipper socks or shoes help with footing)

Warm & spacious; comfy beds; awesome deck with swings & unique seating.

Plenty of bathrooms.

Not far from Lake Barkley Lodge for golf & tennis. Highly recommend. Owners are helpful & respond promptly. Wood throughout is stunning. Great views😊 Loved it!!!

Clean and Spacious

The location is in a nice area. It is in a neighborhood but still very quite. The unit if very well maintained and clean. We didn't have any problems on out visit. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully next time.

Simple check in and check out. We didn't have to meet with anyone. To me this is a nice touch.

Beautifully appointed log home in a tranguil location

Accommodations were perfect for our group of 7 friends, there was plenty of space for privacy and many comfortable gathering spaces for the group to eat and relax together day or night. The pictures underestimate the beauty of the wood featured in this home. Immaculately clean.
