A comfortable two bedroom flat on the raised ground floor of a typical white stucco house, just eight minutes from Victoria Station in Central London.
Whether this is your first visit or you are returning to London this is a fabulous location in the centre of the most vibrant city in Europe.

The flat is close to the excellent transport facilities of Victoria (Underground, train, coach and bus) from where you can easily reach every part of London and the rest of Britain. It is very easily reached from all major airports and stations.

Eurostar is less than 30 minutes away and Heathrow, Gatwick and London City airports can all be reached in under an hour.

Interaction with guests

We always meet our guests to hand over the keys, walk guests through the flat and answer any queries as well as provide an overview of local amenities. If, due to arrival times, we are unable to meet guests on arrival we meet them at the earliest opportunity.

Long term rates will automatically be applied for stays of 7 days or more.

Early and late check in fees:

We offer a flexible approach but there is a late check in fee: £20 for arrivals after 20:00 plus £20 for each hour after.

Early check ins are dependent on availability and a fee will apply for morning check ins.
For guaranteed check-in before midday, please book the night before.

Please advise us as soon as possible if you expect to be late so we can make arrangements for a revised check in time.

For longer stays, we clean and change linen once a week.

Excellent location. Walk to Westminster in 25 minutes. Short walk to Victoria Station, Tube. Not a large place, but fine for 2 people.

Great location, easy to find
The property is a quick 10 min walk from Victoria underground station. We did 2 excursions from Victoria coach station and it was a piece of cake to get it it. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and it was safe for our family to walk around. The flat is great. We never heard footsteps above or around us and was quite. The kitchen is stocked, however there was not a coffee marker, but that gave us a reason to stop and get coffee at the numerous cafe. We did attempt to wash our towels, however it took 4 hrs to complete and they were still damp. It was great we had the ability to have clean towels and clothes if needed. The flat owner was available anytime we needed them and respond in a timely matter.

Good apartment but small and no laundry
The apartment is clean and centrally located. We only had 2 issues. The first was during the check-in process. I had not filled out the check-in survey and apparently this is a huge no-no. I apologized once but the person checking us in kept angrily repeating we had not filled in the survey. We had flown in on a red-eye with no sleep and I was not in the mood to be chastised repeatedly even after apologizing. It was a very strange interaction. The second was the bathroom and washer/dryer situation. The bathroom was very tiny (the size of a closet) and the washer worked but the dryer definitely did not work and we ended up hanging laundry around to air dry it.

Accommodating on short notice
A different host canceled on us less than 24 hours before arrival (sadly, I cannot post a review for them -- not cool, VRBO). This host graciously agreed to accept our short notice request. We are grateful. The location is terrific. It is very close to the Victoria Coach Station and not far from the Victoria Tube Station. The flat is fine, although the description of the bathroom should have indicated that it is small as opposed to a "family bathroom." It worked for us, but did catch us by surprise. We didn't cook or use the laundry, so cannot speak to those amenities.

Why they chose this property

The flat brings contemporary style to this conversion in a 1840's Thomas Cubit designed stucco house.
Underrated and often overlooked, Pimlico augments its refined culture with casual conveniences like farmer’s markets, easy access to high-class institutions like the Tate Britain museum and lots of fun places to enjoy a coffee, drink, dinner or Sunday Roast with friends.

With great transport links and a central London location you will able to get to most of London's iconic sights on foot or by public transport within about half an hour. The nearby transport hub of Victoria and is less than an hour from most of the airports serving London.

What makes this property unique

The flat is on the ground floor so no need to navigate stairs.
The large lounge is bright and airy with seating to relax and a table and chairs for dining or catching up on some work. Off the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen where you can make a quick snack or a meal for the evening.
The two bedrooms are at the rear of the flat. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have a double bed and plenty of storage for your belongings.
The double sofa bed in the lounge provides an additional bed for guests.
