About this property

These are 1 bedroom 1 bath timeshare units with full kitchens and everything you need. The resort is oceanfront on VA Beach. The resort is ranked 12 out of 115 in VAB. This unit sleeps up to 4 people and is conveniently located at 23rd and Atlantic in the heart of Virginia Beach. Great place to ride bikes or rollerblade. Unit has a full kitchen stocked with pots pans and dishes so no need to eat out. flat screens in the living room and bedroom, really comfortable beds, nice bathrooms.

The boardwalk, restaurants, bars, night life, roller coasters and rides, mini golf, arcades, and the ocean front and beaches are all right downstairs/close by. Great place for kids and adults.

The city of VA Beach pays bands and street acts to perform on every other street corner every night between 17th and 30th Street. Free concerts at the several pavilions up and down the boardwalk. Great place to ride bikes or rollerblade. Parking included. Indoor pool and hot tub. Arcade games, gym, activities, grocery delivery from Harris Teeter. 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg.

The employees at the office in the later hours, after 4:00 were below par. That’s when we were in the condo and had questions. A night manager would be very beneficial.

Much needed getaway

Great Location! Walking distance to almost everything! Was impressed with the cleanliness of the beach! The room was perfect except minor issues! The TV in the bedroom didn’t work for the first night and we reported it to the night crew at the front desk. Said they'd send someone at 10am. I don't think they contacted anyone! No one showed up. When we went down in the early afternoon, they were right on it. Fixed within an hour. Worked for the rest of the day until the next night and went out again! Gave up! The spa tub didn't work. And there was pink mold/stains only in the jets, which we couldn't use anyway! It's a housekeeping issue!.The soap in the shower wall dispenser was empty. Bring your own hairdryer and essentials! I'm glad i did! The unit is really nice otherwise! The pool is also on this floor! I would recommend this rental as long housekeeping is more thorough! Would I come back, yes! Make sure the restaurant on site knows that the room you are staying in is a timeshare unit! It is the only way to get the discount! We didn't receive it because we didn’t mention that, just that we were staying in the building!

Great Location!

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed each night. The cleanliness, proximity to the beach and boardwalk restaurants, the indoor pool and jacuzzi as well as the balcony overlooking the beach made this a luxurious trip indeed. Hoping to book the same room for next Labor Day weekend 😊

I am a true vacation lover. I have been taking my family to Virginia beach for the last 25 years. My kids have grown up there on and around the boardwalk over summers getting henna tatoos, playing in the arcades, enjoying the performers at Beach Street USA and spending time on the beautiful beach.

I take great pride in helping other families give there kids similar memories. Or just take a quick much needed couples getaway. Virginia Beach has so much to offer and I am thrilled to be able to help others enjoy everything that there is.

Location, Location, Location!!!!

Oceanfront In the center of all of the action. Amazing view of the waves and the boardwalk from your private balcony off the bedroom.

Oceanfront dining, drinks, and live music at Johnny Manana's on the first floor.

Virginia Beach is amazing over summer. And a great place to escape all year round.

What makes this property unique

Parking and access to three locations at the beach area: The Atrium, The Ocean Sands, and the Ocean Key. The indoor pools. hot tubs, sauna, free tanning, free laundry.

You can use the pool, hot tub, sauna, and private shower, beach towels and parking all day on the date you arrive and leave until at 12pm. This means you can check out at 10AM on the day you leave then go to the pool, get clean beach towels at the pool, go to the beach and then come off the beach at 6pm. Get fresh towels. Take a hot shower by the pool at the Ocean Sands. change and go out for dinner. Leave your car parked in the lot and then leave to go home. Its like getting an extra day free.
