Yes, this is the opportunity to stay in your very own Inn! Just you and your guests. Located walking distance to North Conway’s Downtown, this 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom Bed and Breakfast sleeps 14 and two additional guests on futon couches located in select rooms.

Our beautiful spacious backyard overlooks the Saco River and Moat Mountains directly behind the Inn. Take the path to the River for a bit - a great way to relax in all seasons of the year! When the weather gets chilly, spend time by our beautiful stone fire pit made especially for gatherings and connect with those sharing in your stay! The perfect place for your getaway, retreat or function.

We host many events and weddings throughout the year and have the ability to support many of your needs. From tents to tables to teaspoons we have the ability to support your event and stay. Just ask for rates and availability. As a Bed and Breakfast we have the ability to prepare breakfast, plan in advance a menu for your day, just ask!

You and your guests will appreciate the natural beauty surrounding us, our central location to North Conway’s Downtown amenities and the best starting point ever for your adventures in the Mount Washington Valley. The Samuel O’Reilly House is the perfect lodging for your ski trip or group canoe adventure. We are steps to the wonderful outdoors, restaurants and shopping activities Tax Free New Hampshire has to offer!

Being a commercial Bed and Breakfast, you can be assured you are getting the best stay for your event. We are the perfect place for all to share as a group, and we do this every weekend. Our greatest compliments come from guests who appreciate our unique space. They say having the ability to host groups comfortably while also having the personal space to relax and enjoy is a welcomed combination.

Included is the use of our commercially licensed kitchen equipped with 6 gas burner stove, double oven and commercial dishwasher. Because we are a commercial property, sleep comfortable knowing we have safety protection as well with a sprinkler system and fire suppression in the kitchen.

Pet options are available. We are flexible with our guests needs and are able to support requests which are not available with residential properties. We look forward to supporting your stay with us!

Great Spot for Groups!

13 of us stayed here - it's a unique and fun property. The view is beautiful and the rooms and common areas were perfect for us. The location is also great, we were able to walk to local businesses.

Great place for ski outings

This place is unique . It has 7 rooms and allows my company to have a great outing once a year . It has a great manager and they have an option for a great chef if you need it .

Overall we were very happy with the house, and location. Everyone was very comfortable during the stay. We can not speak for the bed and breakfast deal as we were a large group so we did our own meals. However, we all highly recommend the Samuel O’Reilly House!

Great family time

Property is huge and has many varied bedrooms and bath rooms, game room, living room, dining rooms. We enjoyed the decor very much. Outdoors and fire pit area was also great.

We are located at 3046 White Mountain Highway in North Conway, New Hampshire and our location has been a Bed and Breakfast for over 30 years. Recently, we have just completed a six-month major renovation to every guest room and common area. Because we feel everyone for any reason should experience the Samuel O’Reilly House, we have also expanded to add a studio space to the property. Owner/Innkeeper Jason Zube and General Manager/Innkeeper Matthew Spofford have a passion for hosting - and these renovations allow us to host weddings, yoga retreats, holiday gatherings, business meetings, family reunions and other groups on site enhancing the Inn's unique charm.

Walking distance to Downtown North Conway, Mae Kelly's Irish Cottage Restaurant and Delaney's Hole In The Wall restaurant. The Saco River directly behind the Inn, Minutes from Skiing, Hiking and Mountain Biking, Canoeing and tubing on the Saco River and scenic overlooks and drives are right out our back door. Tax Free shopping is a very big draw to our area as well with over 100 outlets to choose from. We are right in the middle of all these amenities but are private enough most past right by!
