5 bedroom 4 bath house Located in a private corner with views in every direction. Fantastic new 8-person hot tub on the back porch under the stars! Three car garage has game area with ping pong, air hockey, double shot and foosball. Plenty of room in the driveway to park. Large flat yard for the kids to play soccer and football. Cozy up by the river rock gas fireplace that comes on with the flip of a switch! 3 Flat screen TVs - not that you’ll want to watch them with all the memories you’ll be making.

Amazing location! Located right right off Bear Lake Blvd right in the middle of all the best attractions and lake access.

• 9 mins to Rendezvous Beach
• 3 mins to Pickleville Playhouse
• 3 mins to famous raspberry shakes and other local eats

We love this home! It is comfortable and gives everyone their own space, yet keeps us close together at the same time. The children love to play together out in the yard and we love to barbecue and roast marshmallows together. We love playing air hockey, double shot and ping pong out in the garage and it's always fun to play board games by the fire!

We are excited to note that we are occasionally doing updates between guests! Furnishings and decor may be different once you check in but we promise everything will only get better! Amazing weekend

Older home in great area

Unfortunately we ran into a number of maintenance issues during our stay 2 weeks ago. The master bedroom had a 5x5 piece of the carpet was wet and we tried to determine where the water was coming from. No obvious solutions but it appeared to be coming from a leak due to a rain storm the previous night. Also, the host had installed portable AC in the upstairs bedrooms but whenever my 16 year old grandson tried to use the AC in his room a breaker flipped off in both bedrooms. Appears that those 2 bedrooms run off the same breaker and that the wire wasn't strong enough to service both, thus causing the breaker to flip numerous times. My son-in-law suggested that we buy an extension cord so that we could run one of the Acs off a different circuit. The following morning the host purchased industrial strength cord and this solved the problem. We had some other minor problems such as an upstairs toilet that didn't work, a lock with batteries that died etc. We also found that the wifi was weak so we had to limit the devices that used it at the same time. The host returned our calls promptly and offered to send over a plumber. So, we enjoyed our stay but the maintenance issues were definitely a concern throughout.

Perfect for our family getaway!

Extended family gathered at this wonderful house and we all loved it. There was plenty of room indoors and out, and lots to do for all ages. The teens loved the games in the garage, and the younger kids enjoyed the hot tub. The location was terrific, close to the lake and town but far enough to be away from all the hustle and bustle. The owner was super responsive and helpful.

Bear Lake Vaca

This was our first family vacation to Bear Lake. We enjoyed the property. The kids really enjoyed the games in the garage, although it was lacking in ping-pong balls, and I would say the paddles are quite old. One bed was hard as reported by my daughter, my bed was fine. I did not use the upstairs air conditioning window units as they were very loud. Overall, I would say it was a nice vacation and a nice place to stay.

We love spending time together as a family! We have two amazing kids and they LOVE to go to Bear Lake.

Why they chose this property

We love to travel, but one of our best family trips was to Garden City. Our children love to go to the lake and swim and collect shells. It is a great place to spend time together! The Paris Ice Caves are a favorite and Beaver Mountain for ski season! But the best is to go hang out on the beach in the summertime! North Beach is our favorite! There are so many trails for ATVs and snowmobiles!!!

What makes this property unique

We love this home! It is comfortable and gives everyone their own space, yet keeps us close together at the same time. The children love to play together out in the yard and we love to barbecue and roast marshmallows together. We love playing air hockey and ping pong out in the garage.
