Welcome to Casa Del Toro!

Looking for a relaxing getaway in beautiful Phoenix close to Spring Training, Hockey, Golf and Football? Look no further! This conveniently located 3 bedroom beautiful home is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay for you and your family in the sun. Relax around the beautiful, private heated pool in the day and wind down in the evening with a bbq and drinks around the fireplace table. The pool deck has ample seating: 2 loungers, 2 high top chairs and 4 seats around the fire table in the shade.

The open living room/kitchen area in this rancher has vaulted ceilings, lots of windows and is adjacent to the heated pool. The layout is easily accessible by everyone, has no stairs and is a perfect space where everyone can hang out together without feeling cramped. You can star gaze at night on the pool patio after putting the kids to bed without worrying about disturbing those who turned in early. There's ample RV parking along the east side of the house as well.

The home has been tastefully decorated with a southwest theme and is meticulously cleaned and maintained - much better than a hotel! Outside, you'll find a beautiful desert landscape with cacti, palms other beautiful vegetation to make your stay extra memorable.

Complimentary high speed wireless internet included in price along with a multimedia entertainment system, 200+ channel TV/PVR's in the living room and master bedroom. Telephone landline available for local calls, so you don't have to use your cellphone minutes.

We're a 15 min cab ride to the Westgate Entertainment District. Leave your car at home and jump in a taxi for some great restaurant, sports, shopping and entertainment options. Go the opposite direction to get to the White Tank Mountains and Wildlife Word Zoo in 15 mins. Really something here for everyone in the family.

Winter Getaway

3 bedroom house was great since we had my wife and I, our adult son and our daughter and her husband. Everyone got a bed to sleep on and we had more room then staying in a hotel. The heated pool was nice since the weather was only in the 60's. Will look to book this property again the next time we are in the area.

Pleasant, easy stay!

Spacious, clean, easy no-key entry, not luxury accommodations/amenities but had all the necessities and no problems, just 10 minutes drive to visit (grand)parents in Sun City and about 20 minutes to hiking trails in White Tank Mountain regional park. We unfortunately didn't have a chance to use the pool or outdoor fire. The street was a bit busy to navigate (maybe because of the holidays, lots of cars were parked on the street in front of neighbors and this house) and no food/coffee/etc. within a short walk as it's in a residential area, but many options available within a short drive.

Awesome pool

The description of this property was on point. It was homey and comfortable. The owner was easy to get a hold off even at 10 pm. Exceeded my expectations for sure. All our family needs were met. We enjoy the heated pool every day.

Great location for our family

Location is very important, and subjective. It was great for us. Very close to my parents (reason for visit). Close to easy food and walmart. Pool was heated and very comfortable, but the air temp was cool, so as long as you stay under the water you are warm. Get that wet body out and the wind makes it a bit chilly. Having the garage availble to use and park in was great. The house was clean, but somewhat not provisioned like i expected. Not enough to lower the rating, but was lacking toilet paper, laundry soap, other kithcen items, etc... these things should not take away from the positives, just for awareness. I would stay here again.

Peaceful, relaxing and close to everything we needed

The house could use a deep clean, but I think most people’s could. (I know mine could) Otherwise it was perfectly fine. We loved the pool and we would stay here again.

Why they chose this property

We love the central location of this property, layout and we added the pool a few years ago for everyone to enjoy - what's the point of fantastic weather unless you can cool off in the pool? It's completely different experience to our home in Canada. We find people in Arizona extremely friendly, welcoming and enjoy the diverse culture.

We only have so many opportunities to vacation in Phoenix as the family also enjoys camping up here in BC in the summer. This leaves us with about a week per year to enjoy the property ourselves. The weather is consistent - unlike home, you can make outdoor plans far in advance without worrying about rain. We like this neighbourhood because it's quiet and conveniently located close to whatever we need.
