KING, TWIN SLEEPER SOFA

Located across the street from the beach and featured in Designing for Small Homes, S’more is the guest house of the main cottage, Never Enough. The cottage has recently been completely renovated. The first floor has a dining/ living room combination with a twin sofa sleeper and access to a small deck, an efficiency kitchen, washer and dryer, and a half bath. The second floor includes a king bed with a balcony with a Gulf view and a full bath with shower only. In this charming cottage, you'll be assured the best things in life come in little packages. For additional room, the main three-bedroom cottage, Never Enough, may also be rented.

* Second floor loft does not have a railing behind headboard, not suitable for little children to sleep on second floor

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

We were cozy and comfortable with everything we needed. I am picky about the comfort of beds and was thrilled. Also, the location cannot be beat. Property staff was amazing checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. We have recommended to friends and family already and will be returning!

Just right for two!

Booking through Homeowner’s Collection Vacation Rentals was easy, efficient and they were responsive to all inquiries. The cottage is small but functional. Perfect location to the main square and close to the beach! The pullout sofa is not usable (mattress in poor condition), but it didn’t impact our stay. Definitely recommend!
