Excellent location, the house is within the condominium (12th street), close to the beach (350 meters, 4 minutes walk) and close to Itamambuca shopping center with bakery, market, restaurants, sushi, esfiharia / bar, pizzeria and wineries (400 meters, 5 minutes walk). Do everything on foot without taking the car out of the house parking lot.
Very nice house, well ventilated, comfortable and cozy, with 3 bedrooms, one suite, with large balcony, 2 bathrooms with glass box, well equipped and complete kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and all utensils). with balcony for the dining room (semi-American kitchen), the balcony has a large freezer and barbecue, closets in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room, 10 Megas Wi-Fi from VIVO, 40 inch Smart TV, SKY (Master HD, 130-channel pay-TV package), DVD, 8-bottle climate-controlled wine cellar, set on a 500-square-meter plot of original preserved vegetation surrounding the house. The house is on the corner of Avenida Itamambuca, providing greater security for its visibility, but with total privacy because it is surrounded by screen / fence (your dog will like and can not escape) and with plants around that do not let the wanton house (see in the photos), besides being well ventilated. It has parking on the ground for up to 3 vehicles. It provides guests with the possibility to walk along the avenue trail (about 2.5 km long), bike rides through the streets of the condominium on land, characteristic of the condominium to preserve the tranquility and slow down the cars. The house has hammocks, 6 beach chairs, two sun umbrellas, and ceiling fans, plus 3 portable air circulators. All rooms receive sunlight.
Concierge with 24 hour security, intensive and constant round and Military Police Station within the condominium. Very preserved green area, standing out for its lush nature.

Casa nova, bem arejada e bem equipada. Recomendo. A único ponto negativo é a distancia da praia, quando se tem muita coisa pra levar, tem que ir de carro mesmo.
