About this property

Our holiday house welcomes guests in one or two weeks terms for 8-10 people from May till September. It is ideal for families, couples who want to relax. The house is made attractive by the coherent green environment, fresh air, the calm and silence. The house is situated not far from Siofok: the city centre and the beach can be reached within 5 minutes by car.
There is a safe parking possibility in the garden, where cars and motorbikes can be parked.
There is a nicely arranged garden, on the terrace garden-furniture, suntan, on the sunterrace sunbeds, playground for the children. Next to the sunterrace there is the pool, which is 7 metres long and 4 metres wide. The pool can be covered and is heated by sun-collector, so you can use the pool in bad weather too.
The house is air conditioned. The kitchen is well equipped: there is a coffee machine, a fridge, a freezer, a micro-wave, a cooker. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilettes, 2 living rooms with TVs and HIFI sets

vacance à la campagne

villa à la campagne sans commerce , avec beaucoup de chiens et très bruyants toute la nuit , manque de vaisselles pour 7 personnes ( marmite inapproprié , mini passoir , cafetière inapproprié pour 7 pers ) par contre propriétaire très sympathique

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wer ein großes Haus für sich und seine Familie abseits des ganzen Trubels sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt am Ende eines kleinen Dorfes ohne Durchgangsverkehr (Sackgasse) und ist in absoluter Ruhe gelegen. Auf dem umzäunten und abschließbaren Grundstück finden locker 3 PKW´s Platz, der Garten ist großzügig bemessen, mit Schaukel, Grill, großem und sauberen Pool, ausreichend Liegen und Terrasse sowie auch ausreichend schattigen Plätzen. Eine Dartscheibe im Garten sowie ein kleiner Tischkicker im inneren sind vorhanden, es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer (auf Anfrage ist auch ein Babybett vorhanden), 2 Bäder, eins mit Dusche, eins mit Wanne, und eine große Stube mit angeschloßener Küche, sogar mit Geschirrspüler. Fernseher, Radio sind vorhanden, auf Wunsch (kostet extra) ist auch eine Klimaanlage an Bord. Mückengitter vor allen Fenstern gibt es auch. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Besitzer Monika und Peter sind äußerst nett und wohnen auf dem Nachbargrundstück, sind also bei Fragen auch schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ins Zentrum nach Siófok ist es mit dem Auto nicht allzu weit, dort gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und natürlich auch ein (oder mehrere) schöne Strandbäder um den Balaton zu genießen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: eine neue Kaffeemaschine wäre zwingend angebracht, denn die vorhandene reicht gerade für 2 Tassen und ist äußerst langsam. Dennoch ist das Haus absolut zu empfehlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Very nice pool house in quiet area

We have had a very nice stay in this house. The house is big and comfortable, it is somewhat rustic but that only add to the very relaxed feeling of the place. The kitchen is well equipped and the house was nice and clean at arrival. The pool is very nice, could be deeper but very fun to play in, and chilly enough to cool down in. The caretakers are very friendly and helpful, and we had no problems during the stay. The house is very useful as a base for trips around the area, the only downside is that the distance to other towns is too big for walks, so You really need a car.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir (Paar Mitte dreißig) verbrachten eine Woche Ende Juli 2015 im Ferienhaus der Familie Boros und waren rundum zufrieden! Alles war sauber, aufgeräumt, liebevoll eingerichtet und sogar die Betten waren frisch überzogen. Die Küche ist einwandfrei ausgestattet, neben den im Inserat angeführten Geräten gab es zusätzlich Toaster, Wasserkocher und Geschirrspüler und natürlich Geschirr, Töpfe/Pfannen und (Koch-)Besteck - alles funktionstüchtig und sauber. Wer möchte kann sogar draußen den Grill benutzen. Im Badezimmer steht auch eine Waschmaschine zur freien Verfügung. Wir als Ferienhausneulinge haben am Anreisetag noch im Supermarkt (ca. 10 min. mit dem Auto entfernt in Siofok) Verpflegung und die "Grundausstattung" besorgt (Salz, Zucker, Kaffee, Gebrauchsartikel usw.) und wir waren froh, dass dort der "Lidl" auch am Samstag bis abends geöffnet hatte. Das Haus hat 2 Ebenen, jeweils mit Schlafbereichen und getrenntem WC und Badezimmer - unten war für uns mehr der Ess-/Wohnbereich mit TV und Musikanlage und oben nutzen wir nur zum Schlafen. In beiden Stockwerken gibt es eine Klimaanlage die man vor Ort gegen Gebühr nutzen kann (70 Euro/Woche), absolut empfehlenswert bei so heißen Sommerwochen! Der Garten ist gepflegt und mit viel Liebe gestaltet, die verfügbaren Sonnenliegen kann man rund um den Pool oder im Garten aufstellen, alles ist sehr sonnig aber man findet immer ein schattiges Plätzchen und kann auch die großzügige Terrasse mit Markise super nutzen. Die Liegen waren voll einsatzbereit und der große Esstisch auf der Terrasse lädt bis in die späten Abendstunden zum Verweilen auf der Terrasse ein! Der Pool ist sauber und wird täglich frühmorgens (für uns unmerkbar) gewartet. Familie Boros ist per Handy erreichbar falls man Probleme/Fragen haben sollte und diese Möglichkeit wurde uns wirklich nahe gelegt, beide sind sehr um die Gäste bemüht! Unser Fazit: Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderbar ruhig ohne Straßen-/Verkehrslärm und man kann völlig ungestört seinen Urlaub verbringen. Haus, Garten und Pool sind ausreichend groß, gepflegt und sauber und die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung im Inserat. Das Zentrum (Siofok) und der Plattensee sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir empfehlen Euer Haus absolut weiter und kommen auch gerne wieder! :-)
