Haiku Heaven

This lovely cottage served my wife and I’s needs perfectly. Excellent privacy,the perfect size for a couple and added peace of mind of a gated property. We loved being up in the hills a bit, very peaceful. Although we explored the island extensively, we would have been just as happy staying close and enjoying the beautiful northern shore of Maui all week. Ho’okipa beach and the best waves on the island are right down the street. Haiku town right up the street, Colleen’s,4 food trucks and the grocery 2 minutes away. Pa’ia town just a short jaunt away. The best HuliHuli chicken is right down the street at AlohaAina barbecue. Hot tub a welcome bonus. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Bel endroit un peu à l'écart de la cohue

Point de vue magnifique sur le Pacifique et l'Haleakala. Tout proche de la route d'Hana et à une heure maximum des principaux attraits de l'île. La demeure est sur les flancs du mont Haleakala. Il y a une épicerie dans le village d'Haiku, ainsi que dans celui de Paia, ainsi que les grandes chaînes américaines à Kahului pour trouver ce qu'il faut pour les repas. À côté, le petit village de Paia a de nombreuses boutiques pour un petit souvenir. Principal désagrément: aucune ventilation dans l'unique salle de bain.

Peaceful

Gorgeous property up a beautiful hill - we were even greeted with a rainbow every day!!! Views spectacular, even better than website pics! No AC, but if you leave and explore the island all day, by the time you get back when the sun is about to set, it’s quite comfortable. Perfect location to start drive to Hana and explore Haleakala and upcountry!! Kitchen extremely well supplied to cook any meal. So peaceful and quiet, exceptionally clean - we are already planning another trip back we loved this place so much!!!

Pinnacle cottage

The cottage was exactly as described in the listing! It was the perfect place for our family to stay while vacationing on Maui. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We appreciated the fact that the cottage was located away from the "tourist" properties and the hustle and bustle of vacation resorts.

Amazing "cottage"

Property is beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, and in a lovely, private location... part of a Haiku hillside farm parcel that was subdivided for homes. Will definitely stay here again.
