About this property

Welcome to our beautiful Maui home. Your troubles will melt away as you sit on the large lanai, looking at the lush tropical gardens that lead to a great pool and hot tub.This area also has a covered out door kitchen with barbecues, tables and chairs.
Take a leisurely stroll less than a hundred feet to the beach where you can snorkel,swim, or watch the sunset.
At certain times of the year you can see whales.
Inside the air conditioned condo, the bedroom has a queen size bed and a t.v.
The living room has a queen size pull out sofa, dining table and four chairs, flat screen t.v. with new cd, dvd
player. There is free internet with wifi and a phone with unlimited calling to U.S. and Canada.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice maker, toaster, rice cooker, blender, stove, and is fully equipped with things such as cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker ect...
The bathroom has a walk in shower.
Laundry is located conveniently outside the front door.
There are boogy boards and snorkel and masks in the closet.
Within a five minute walk you will find restaurants, grocery stores, banks and many other shops.
This condo and the surrounding complex is non smoking and no pets.

Great location with everything we needed

George and Ute’s place was in a perfect location that we used as a starting point to explore all parts of Maui. It was stocked with beach supplies and otherwise had everything we needed.

Paradise garden right on the beach

We had a magical Christmas week in Ute and George's flat. The communication with the landlords was excellent. Access to the flat was very easy and well described. The complex is a dream, very well maintained and you always feel like you are in the Garden of Eden. The beach is only 2 minutes away and we had many beautiful sunsets there. There are plenty of parking spaces on the complex. There is a large supermarket (Times) and a shopping mall with various restaurants nearby (2 minutes walk). The pool looked like a lot of fun - but we didn't use it. The flat is very comfortable and spacious. The WiFi worked great. The kitchen is very well equipped. Sufficient sockets (also near the bed) available. Beach equipment such as sun loungers, parasol, snorkelling equipment and towels were available. If you are sensitive to noise, you should prepare yourself accordingly. From the bedroom you can hear the adjacent laundry room and the bedroom is adjacent to the car park and does not have light-proof curtains. Essential furnishings are clean, large and higher areas could do with better cleaning. Overall, a great place to relax and feel at home.

Property was very nice and clean. Owners were very open and communicative during the time of the Lahaina tragedy. Lots of available items for use, beach chairs, games activity equipment. Highly recommended.

Comfortable and spacious!

Very comfortable and large. Great proximity to the beach though I personally prefer the beaches closer to Wailea. Bed looked slept in but they changed out the sheets for me the next day. Rather thin walls so you need to be cognizant of sound and any construction or other outside noise will wake you up if you’re a light sleeper like myself. Overall, a solid value.

Our stay

We were very pleased with the condo. The only problem we have was we felt the floors needed to be mopped prior to our arrival. As even though we took our shoes off our feet. We found we're very dirty after walking on the tile. Other than that, everything was perfect.

This property is on the beach side of the highway, so you don't have to cross a busy highway to get to the beach.

It is ground level, no stairs to climb.

The beach is a two minute walk.

The shopping, restaurants, and bank are only a five minute walk.

What makes this property unique

The location is definitely unique.
On one side of the condo is parking and shopping, restaurants, banks.
On the other side are tropical gardens, swimming pool, and beautiful beach.
