Sunnyville Condo is a very strategic location where it allows everybody to take it as a central point and pivot to Butterworth, Bayan Lepas or Georgetown.
This location also brought a lot of convenience as hawker centre, shopping mall such as Tesco, Tesco Extra, Queensbay mall can be easily accessed.
