The upper level has a large balcony running along the full length of the home taking full advantage of the stunning water views.

This fantastic holiday home has been recently renovated, features three bedrooms (one king-sized bed, 1 double bed and two singles) and two bathrooms. There is a beach access just across the road. The upper level is the main living area of the home, however the downstairs rumpus area is great for the kids with extra toilet and shower in the laundry. The backyard has the upper section fully fenced for toddlers or your family pet. To compliment your stay there is a bicycle with helmet for the guest use.

The open plan living area has lovely polished floor boards on the upper level and opens out onto the extensive front balcony which has comfortable furnishings and a gas BBQ. The lounge is a dream to relax in after a fun filled day out. Two DVD and Televisions have been provided to add to your enjoyment. The rear verandah is a great sun deck and has pretty tropical flowers. The new modern kitchen overlooks the living area and has lots of bench space as well as a dishwasher and microwave for your convenience.

The main bedroom has a king sized bed and has stunning views looking out over the water. The second bedroom has one double bed and third bedroom upstairs has two single beds. All rooms have nice large windows. The downstairs rumpus area is a great area for the kids, complete with shower and toilet.
