Located in downtown Mount Dora, our home is walking distance to all shops, restaurants, parks, events and festivals. Directly in front of the property is the newly built bike path. Free tennis and pickle ball courts are in the public park one block from Adora Inn. Lake Dora is a short walk away, while the beautiful Rock Springs and the Orlando theme parks are only a few-minute's drive. Because Adora Inn is a licensed B&B breakfast is included in the rental rate.

Built in 1916 in the Arts and Crafts style, the home has been designed with sensitivity to its history but with a modern, eclectic approach. All guest rooms, on the second and third floors have been designed with comfort, esthetics and practicality in mind. The home is operated as Adora Inn B&B and offers rental rates with or without breakfast included based on availability. Rent the entire inn and it is ideal for small events from family holiday gatherings to weddings and birthday celebrations.

Adora Inn is a licensed Bed & Breakfast. Because our kitchen is licensed and inspected by the state kitchen facilities are not available. Each guest room is based on double occupancy accept the Camel Suite can sleep up to four persons.

The Innkeepers, Arthur and John, are both experienced, professional chefs. They are happy to provide meal service from breakfast, picnic box lunches or intimate candle lit dinners. Guests come for our style and return because of our hospitality. In 2016 Adora Inn competed on the Travel Channel show Hotel Impossible Showdown and to our surprise we won the competition receiving the grand prize and 5 star recognition from the Travel Channel.

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase this property because of its historic nature, built in 1916 in the Arts and Crafts style. We love architecture, history, art, and travel. This location is second to none and provided us all of that and more.

What makes this property unique

When guests rent out the entire property it is suitable for "small" events such as wedding, birthday parties or holiday family events.

Adora Inn is a licensed bed and breakfast so breakfast is included however, because of our license there is no kitchen access. If you would like catering services or dinner prepared we can always include it for you for an addition cost. Please feel free to let us know.
