A charming one-bedroom unit located in a two-level apartment building in Conyers, St Thomas Parish. The neighbourhood is quiet, close to the main road and bus route that takes you to the city of Basseterre (15 minutes away). Enjoy the view of the Caribbean Sea, sunset glow, lush green mountain, cool country breeze and island vibes away from the city buzz. Great location to experience exploring the island and other cultural activities. You will be living like a local, amongst friendly residents. Suitable for couples, solo explorers and adventurers and budget-minded travellers. Just 10 minutes drive from the Caribelle Batik at Romney Manor, Brimstone Hill National Park (two of the places of interest on the tourism island tour) and the St Kitts Eco Park ( a must see). For yachters, it´s five minutes’ walk away from the St Kitts Marine Works, boat yard and marina along the north western side of the island. Everyone is welcomed!

Why they chose this property

The space is my guests(family and friends) unit in an long term apartment building. I decided to share the space with travellers because it is outside of the typical tourist area and provides travellers on a budget a better deal for sight-seeing and understanding the culture of our people.

What makes this property unique

My home provides 2 of natures likes - the calmness of the Caribbean Sea and the view of the green hills in the background. Its 10 minutes away from 2 of the "must see" sights on the tourism island tours - the Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park at Sandy Point and the Caribelle Batik at Romney Grounds in Old Road.
