Enjoy the beauty and nature of Lake Conroe. I will love to share my family retreat with yours. My place is located in the private lake community of April Sound, close to fine dining, shops, markets and just 25 minutes away from The Woodlands area.This condo is located in the gated country club community of April Sound on Lake Conroe.

APRIL SOUND COUNTRY CLUB (w/ fee): 3 outdoor swimming pools (adult pool, family pool & kiddie pool), hot tub, fitness center, golf course & tennis courts. Please contact us for fees, payment method and availability.

I'm available 24/7 for any questions or information.
I will provide you with all the instructions to access the security guard gated community.

Other things to note

-New living and dining sets, washer and dryer.
-New mattresses, linens and towels of hotel quality.
-You must climb 4 steps to get into the front door. (no stairs inside the apartment)

Everything was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay which was not to far from our planned activities. Only wish we had more time to visit.

Lovely Condo

Very nice, well furnished….would have been nice to have a second tv in bedroom. Overall very clean and conveniently located to area restaurants, and sights. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Cecile and Ed.

Clean.Quiet.Awesome

This property was awesome!!! It was extremely clean and very quiet. We arrived late, instructions were spot on with quite easy check in. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
