This Ultra Luxury beachfront property is located on a beautiful ocean front setting with picture postcard views accompanied with the melodic sounds of the Pacific Ocean. This is arguably the nicest home in Jaco! The Tuscany designed home is luxuriously appointed with all of the comforts and amenities that every discriminating and well traveled guest comes to expect.

The Villa will comfortably sleep 18 in 9 luxurious bedrooms finished to the highest level of comfort each with its own bathroom. 6 bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs surround a beautiful tropical courtyard with a state of the art salt water swimming pool.

Each bedroom has its own AC split unit and 40” LED smart TV with WiFi throughout the whole property.

The state of the art kitchen captures the picturesque beauty of Costa Rica, with a large window overlooking the beach. The kitchen is equipped with a Wolf double oven range with 6 burners, grill and griddle; 2 large Sub-Zero refrigerators with an ice maker and water and ice dispenser; a Sub-Zero ice maker; 2 Miele German dishwashers; a coffee maker; toaster oven; microwave; television.

The indoor dining/living room seats 8 at its 7’ round dining table, with more space in the living area. This multi-functional Air conditioned room is perfect for special events while enjoying the view of the beach through the large window facing the Pacific. Guests can watch their favorite shows, and movies or play games on a 94” drop down projection screen.

The outdoor social area overlooking the beach seats 14. The Courtyard is equipped with High Performance speakers that create an unparalleled surround ambiance sound that blends into the beautiful architecture. There is an amazing grilling area in the front yard overlooking the beach.

Great trip

Went for my bachelor party, 18 guys. Couldnt have picked a better home to stay in. There was a worker on site to help you with all your needs. Plenty of room never felt crowded. Beach in the backyard. Kitchen was awesome. Bedrooms were clean. Restaurant next door with good food. I recommend this place + Michael is great and was responsive and accommodating.

Great house!

We were very happy with this home. It was a perfect setup for our bachelor trip of 12 guys. Plenty of room and spread out. Great location and amazing views.

fabulous location on the beach in Jaco

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property's location was excellent-- next to bars and restaurants on a public beach, yet in a relatively quiet area. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 16--each of 9 bedrooms had a private bath plus a full bathroom for the group in the living quarters. The kitchen had upscale appliances and all the pots and pans and utensils one could need. There were a couple of small complaints --2 of the bedrooms smelled strongly of mildew and opening the door to bring in fresh air brought in bugs, as well. When one of the room's aiconditioner's leaked and the pool became cloudy a couple days before our departure--we texted the person we were told to reach many times that day and got no response. I finally e-mailed Michael, one of the managers in the U.S. who got right back to me--the problems were solved the next afternoon. The only other small issue was that there was only one key for the house. We were there with young children, which I wouldn't recommend because of the open pool which is deep on the far end--(our fault, we didn't ask and it was fairly obvious by looking at the pictures).I would easily recommend this villa, especially for its location and quiet and private bedrooms.
