It is situated just off of Highway 192 in the stunning location of Rolling Hills. There are 2 master bedrooms with ensuites (one king, one queen), two additional Queen bedrooms and two Disney themed twin bedded rooms. The Home also features two spacious sitting areas, two dining areas as well as a games room and a large swimming pool. The villa features a large pool measuring 30' x 15' and an extended deck area which is fully screened. And after a long day in the parks, enjoy the games room equipped with full size pool table and foosball table. *Pool and spa heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Dirty!!

2 families tried to fullfil our vacation just days before the covid 19 pandemic started as there was a strict no refund policy with this vacation home. We arrived, 4 adults spent 2 hours cleaning filth! (White banister railings were black!). We spent 2 nights and had to return home to Canada at the request of our government. I emailed the home owners on day 2 to advise them of this and to tell them of the cleaning we had to do. Their response was that they uave professional cleaners in and we didn't e-mail them right away to advise them of the dirt. I asked for a partial refund considering the circumstances which they refused. Fortunately for us, I called VRBO when we returned home and was given a partial refund. VRBO, yes, this house....stay away!

Very little bath towels

Great property but for some reasons the bathrooms east considered clean left over soap was left in the bathrooms the jacuzzi had a ring around it I never used it but I work in housekeeper so no problem to clean we enjoyed our stay

Nice property

The property was in a nice location and easy to get everywhere. The property managers were wonderful at communicating with us before and during the trip. Unfortunately 3 of the bedrooms had very thin mattresses so those guests were not as comfortable as those in the other 3 rooms. Overall the house was surface level clean but could use a good “spring cleaning” as my mom always called it where you wash curtains and walls, vents, etc. I would definitely recommend a property through this company as they addressed all items that they could in a timely manner.
