Incredible, Unforgettable Property!

  • 5 of 5

This house is amazing! My student organization held a banquet here honoring our graduating senior class and we were left speechless upon arrival. The house is Italian in architecture, with rooms surrounding a central courtyard. Although we only had 12 people sleep here and about 30 in total joining for the banquet, this place looks like it could easily hold 100+ people, especially when counting the beautiful back lawns.

In terms of administration, Bruce was our property manager; he was very timely and was there to help us move in and answer any questions. Alix, the property owner, was also very communicative, and both are wonderful people in demeanor. We will absolutely be coming back.

Thank you guys!

Perfect Location!

  • 5 of 5

We hosted a special wedding weekend at the Villa and the reviews are correct- it is a magical place that was perfect for our family gathering. The house was very clean, the grounds were beautiful and the home owners were responsive and welcoming. We cooked a big feast for 14 people and were very happy to find the kitchen fully stocked- there were plenty of dishes and glassware, two dishwashers and enough pans to cook many, many courses! The house is very spacious and the foyer was a fun place where everyone could gather, chat and relax. We had a wonderful weekend and would definitely recommend to all, it is a very special location and we are so grateful we had the opportunity to stay here.

I rented this wonderful villa for my husband's 50th birthday party. We had out of town guests and friends my husband hasn't seen in years. This home was a perfect place to stay to celebrate this special occasion and accomodate everyone under one roof. We enjoyed hanging out together while cooking and baking in the french country kitchen, enjoying drinks and late night talk in the living room and nice meals and gatherings on the veranda overlooking the beautiful grounds. The owners were lovely and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this special place for any large gathering. I was excited to share this unique home with everyone and it made for a magical, memorable weekend!!

Wedding week

  • 5 of 5

This was the best...if you are looking for a home away from home this is the place to be....

we spent one week at the villa and were completely satisfied....the space accommodated our families needs as well as a couple of others that need a place to stay a night or two.

The great entry hall was perfect for the children to play with their toys include a Ninja warrior sword fight. In the evenings time was spent in the library reading , playing cards or watching TV.

The first day we arrived it was quite hot and humid..the owner had gone out am purchased additional fans to assure we were comfortable. After day one the weather settled down and the breezes through the open windows sufficed.

My elderly Aunt was challenged a bit by the stairs but after the first couple of days she was going up and down them easily. She even left a note for the owner that she would come back and house sit!

Outdoor space was grand...volleyball/badminton net, basketball courts and even a chicken coup with fresh eggs daily.

The history of the house is a mystery and exploring it was amazing. we all spent time thinking about what may have happened in the rooms many years ago and what we would do if we lived here now. It is always fun to dream!

Our stay at the villa was amazing and would jump at the chance to have an excuse to stay again. Thank you A. for this wonderful opportunity....

Perfect for family reunions!

  • 5 of 5

This magnificent home was perfect for our large family reunion. Everyone had enough personal space (bedrooms and bathrooms) to feel comfortable, and the shared spaces (library, kitchen, dining room, foyer, and outdoor patio) were ideal for gathering. The home offers a private setting and a very welcoming atmosphere. Also, it was a pleasure to make arrangements with the owner. She was very responsive from the first point of contact and as well during our stay. Our family created many happy memories during our stay, and I highly recommend this home.
