About this property

*We are located on a private island accessible by boat only*

Guests must provide/rent a boat. We can help provide recommendations for boat rentals.

This two bedroom cottage features one large bedroom upstairs with 2 queen size beds. The downstairs has one bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a full size futon in the living room with bedding if needed to be used for sleeping. Renovated in 2017.

One full bathroom with a walk-in shower in located on the first floor.

A full size kitchen with all your cooking needs and a large table for everyone to sit at together.

There is also a small private deck with a gas grill and table and chairs.

Island is accessible by boat ONLY!! Bring your own boat or rent one nearby.

We have 3 kayaks and 2 canoes available for guests to use.

Enjoy your stay on Wintergreen by relaxing on our 100-foot front dock. The dock has a raised swim platform, water slide, and swim ladder all conveniently located. Spend the day fishing, swimming, or relaxing right outside your cottage.

There are 5 other private cottages on Wintergreen Island that are occupied by our family and long-time seasonal renters.

Great stay at a great spot.

Loved our time in Wintergreen Island. It was a perfect stay and the hosts were very friendly. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful Island Getaway

My family made our first trip to the St. Lawrence and wanted a private island experience. The cottage was everything we had hoped for! Quiet area with minimal boat traffic, this location had it all. The owners were very accommodating and helpful throughout our vacation. We booked another week for 2022 before we even left!

Fall weekend getaway.

Had a relaxing and picturesque time on Wintergreen Island. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The island was beautiful and the cottage was clean and as advertised. We would definitely come back again. Thanks!

Wintergreen Island is a great place for a family vacation.

We stayed in the cottage on Wintergreen for a week with our three kids ages 8, 6, and 4 and dog. We had a blast. The island has great swimming for the kids (they loved the kiddie beach), great views, kayaks, and great fishing off the dock and nearby. The cottage was perfect for us and we plan to rent again next year. Lindsey and Zack were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating.
