About this property

Beautiful 4-bedroom villa with private pool. A solar heater will warm the water to an enjoyable temperature during spring and fall (free of charge!). The pool deck is facing west allowing the sun to come in during the whole day except the very early morning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to cook just as if you were home with plenty of counter space.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bath with step in shower, double sinks and large walk in closet. The three guest bedrooms comprise of one queen bedroom, and two rooms with two twin beds in each. The guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the pool area.

Guests that stay at least one week can play their first round of golf on 21 of the best courses in the area for only $26 (including green and cart fee)! After that they will receive rebates up to 50% of the normal rate.

Almost Perfect

The place was beautiful and we all enjoyed the solar heated pool. It would have been the perfect holiday except for the 5 dogs living next door. They woke us every morning about 630 a.m. with 10 minutes of loud barking . As well as 2 or more short barking sessions mid afternoon. It's unfortunate because otherwise it's a very enjoyable place to stay. It may not bother other guests but we found it annoying

Christmas on Timucuan

Our stay at the home in the Lakeside Ranch community was great. It was convenient to my/our sister’s home in Citrus Springs and to shopping and fun places to visit. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and filled with lovely homes. We highly recommend the 1212 Timucuan house.

Inverness dragon boat vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was close to all the activities we had planned and had plenty of room! The host was great and kept in touch with us! The house was clean and met all our needs .
