Luxury House fully equipped, perfect for a family of 6 people. Located within the spectacular resort: Puerta Cortés, overlooking the sea of Cortez, golf course and Marina. The House is in Las Colinas section, this is a neighborhood of 70 houses located in the upper hills, has 24hr security guards, automatic gates at the entrance and its community pool. Just 10 minutes from the city of La Paz by car.
This exclusive vacation spot has an 18-hole golf course; A marina for yachts, 4 restaurants, SPA wellness and an exclusive beach club for our guests that has a swimming pool, Hot tub, children's pool, gym, tennis courts, restaurant and of course, beach.
As part of our service, our guests have access to the beach club, which is exclusively for members. This beautiful place, located in the Marina area, has beach, restaurant, bar, pool, jacuzzi, gym, tennis courts and playground.

In addition, the area where the house is located "Las Colinas", has its own pool, which has a view of the sea of Cortez and the city, is spectacular and is only 50 meters from the house

And also gives you the opportunity to spend a few relaxing, quiet or adventurous days with marine nature.
To make your days more relaxed and comfortable we include housekeeping service and YOU CAN PURCHASE THE OPTIONAL SERVICE of Golf Cart, subject to availability.

One Important advice: I highly recommend considering the rental car during your stay; Because it is the easiest and most economical way to move from the city to Costa Baja (It is 10 minutes from downtown) and within the same resort to move around as it is very large.

Wonderful accomodations

The property was clean and comfortable. Six adults enjoyed the comfort and beauty of the house and the area. The property managers were timely in their responses, professional and accomodating. We would absolutely recommend this to others.

Wonderful Stay in La Paz!

This was a great house for our family (2 kids aged 4 and 6, my husband and myself, and his parents in their late 60s). The hosts were beyond responsive and the house was impeccably clean and wonderfully located. We used the beach club every day - the pool was perfect for our girls to play in, and the restaurant was really good. The house had everything we needed and had a lovely view.

Amazing place!

We had a great experience at this house. Everything was super clean and check in was very easy. Barbara and Manlio were very helpful hosts, answered all our questions and had good recommendations. Access to the beach club is a great amenity, we spent several sunsets at the pool enjoying a cocktail. It has several restaurants, a market, ATM, poolside service. The pool close to the house is gorgeous but the water is cold so we enjoyed it on hot days. Kitchen is extremely well equipped for cooking. Feels very safe and secure. Great stay!

We were very disappointed that there was no pools that were heated. We were told the hotel next door would be available and heated and it was under construction and not even full of water. The kids really wanted to swim so that was very disappointing. Also we were not told at all about the Outdoor closet that was full of beach toys and accessories. We found the closet by accident ourselves on the day we were leaving! So that was too bad because we would have liked to use those things to enjoy our stay more with the kids. Nicole was very accommodating and responsive. The place was very homey and decorated beautifully. The floors could have been cleaner because you had to wash your feet if you walked barefoot around cuz they would be BLACK on the bottom. The electronic devices had notes on them about needed repairs in the works but the notes were dated from a couple of years ago. Door knobs on the drawers were broken and hanging there, just needing screws and some TLC to be ship shape, so it seemed neglected. Pedro was nice but hard to get ahold of and although he was very nice, we did not feel like our needs were a priority. We were told to leave $60 bucks on the counter when leaving by Pedro and the check out instructions said $40. If I were the owner I would want to know these things.

La Paz Gem

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was very clean and well equipped. I have stayed at numerous rentals in the past and by far this kitchen made it so easy to enjoy meals at the unit. The outside balcony space was wonderful, gentle breezes and views of the harbor and golf course. One thing that made this spot so wonderful was access to all the amenities at the resort. All the staff were welcoming and helpful with great restaurants and they delivered to our place which made it lovely after a long day at the beach or touring. The hosts, Barbara and Manilio were so very helpful. They responded to questions before our arrival immediately and made the entire stay so easy. They provided us great information and every suggestion they provided was exactly perfect. I would highly recommend you visit this gem and enjoy La Paz. You will not regret it!

Manlio y Barbara son una pareja que vive desde hace más de 10 años en La Paz. Les encanta este lugar por su tranquilidad, su belleza natural, sus paisajes. Hace un par de años decidieron adquirir otra propiedad en el mismo lugar donde ellos viven, ya que es un lugar increíble para pasar unos dias estupendos de vacaciones. Se encuentra dentro de un resort Puerta Cortes que cuenta con dos hoteles, una marina, restaurantes, beach club, campo de golf, departamentos y Condos. Todo el lugar está complemente monitoreado y con cámaras de seguridad, lo cual lo hace un espacio pacifico para estar. Además ellos son amantes de los viajes, de conocer ciudades nuevas y explorar lugares; normalmente se hospedan en casas de rentas vacacionales y valoran las propiedades lindas y limpias. Por eso saben la importancia de ofrecer a sus huéspedes una casa cómoda, con decoración agradable, en perfecto funcionamiento y por supuesto impecablemente limpia.
