Cocoplum #1 is a popular, beautiful and serene vacation rental located on Seven Mile Beach in the Cayman Islands. The property offers a Caribbean family villa experience with privacy, open space, and direct access to a quiet and uncrowded beach. With upgraded amenities and a ground-floor location, it provides a comfortable and relaxing setting for up to 4 adults.

Accommodation: The condo features two bedrooms with King-sized beds, each equipped with flat panel HDTVs with Netflix for entertainment.

Fully Equipped: The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their own Caribbean meals, and the unit also includes 2 folding beach chairs for convenience.  A personal safe is also provided.

Convenient Location: The turquoise water of the Caribbean, with its warm temperature and abundant marine life, invites guests to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. The location is away from 7 Mile Beach traffic, but still within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, activities and a supermarket, making it convenient for guests to explore the area.

Public Bus: There is also a local bus service on West Bay Road, for easy hop-on/hop-off transport around 7 Mile Beach.  A car is optional but not required.

Minimum Stay: It's worth noting that there is a minimum stay requirement of 5 nights, except during Christmas/New Year when the minimum stay is 7 nights.

Additionally, a 13% government tax applies to the rental rate, which will be added to the reservation when booking online or making reservations over the phone.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures: Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food. Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open.  Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.
