About this property

Spacious two bedroom condominium with all the services of an apartment. Get ready to spend your best vacation with the comfort of your home.

The location of the resort makes it unique because you can walk anywhere to go for dinner or walk in the mornings. It is a very safe area and there is also a supermarket very close by.

To go to the beach you just have to cross the street and to one side there is a nice park.

You have access to all areas of the complex, the pool is quite large with comfortable sunbeds, at the entrance to the complex there is a living room area where you can go down to read a book, or just walk around its gardens.

The complex has a 24-hour guard and doors close at night but he can open for you at any time, whenever you identify yourself as a guest, so that is why is important to register upon your arrival.

Located in front of Marina Chahue, a very safe area, close to the municipal agency, several dining options and entertainment venues.

We love Marina Park Plaza.

The location and building is great. Unfortunately the condo unit was poorly appointed.. no pots; many things not working etc. Communication with Marina Host Jessica was poor from the time of our arrival until we left. Her replacement , Daniela was lovely but was she inexperienced & not familiar with the condo.

Estuvimos muy cómodos en el departamento, muy espacioso, limpio, agradable y bonito. Disfrutamos la alberca. Además la ubicación es excelente. A 20 min caminando de playa El Tejón

Secure complex at a walking distance from beach

The condo is located in a secure complex where a key is needed to enter, and a security person is always present. The condos has a balcony that gives a pleasant view to the surrounding area including a partial view to the marina. There are restaurants in the building with outside access and a great grocery store is at a waking distance. The beach is beautiful and was not crowded when we were there. It's easy to get a taxi just by stepping outside. Pablo has been very helpful whenever we needed something for our stay. Erik, one of the security guys, was also very helpful and always pleasant. The complex, the surrounding areas, the city itself (from what we've seen) were all well kept and clean. We've enjoyed our stay.
