About this property

You’re already a winner if you’ve booked the Longshot! This house will definitely make you feel “happy to be home”, after a long day at the races or on the boat.
This home has been newly furnished with super comfy king sized beds, quality linens, flat screen TV's in living room and bedrooms, as well as all new kitchenware. The main floor features wood floors in the living, dining, and kitchen areas, entrance to the lakeside deck with a dining table, swing, bbq grill, and of course the Hot Tub! Also on the main floor is the master bedroom with it's own private bathroom with jetted tub, walk-in closet, and access to the Hot Tub. On the second level each of the two spacious bedrooms feature full private bathrooms and walk-in closets. The upper deck from the front bedroom is a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset glass of wine sitting on the cozy chairs and looking over the lake.
Other special amenities include a two car garage, boat tie up, washer and dryer, and wifi. Grocery shopping nearby and only an easy 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Weekend trip

Super easy check-in. Merely steps from the water. Easy to get to the horse track and just a little further to downtown. We especially loved being close to Harps Grocery.

Girls' Trip

What a lovely home ... clean, comfortable, conveniently located and a HOT TUB! Having access to the garage was wonderful as it was just an extra added level of safety for traveling women. Loved the personal touch with getting to meet you and the cookie cake was a lovely touch of hospitality. The beds were quite comfortable and the en suite bathroom for each room was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home. Will definitely be back!

We had 5 adults and the house was perfect for our group. It was just as described… nice, clean, and in a great location. Easy check in. The owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Fun girls weekend!

Our group of five friends had a wonderful stay at this property for our annual girls’ weekend! It was horribly hot outside, but the a/c kept us cool and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable, and everyone slept well. The property is located on a small cove where we were able to float on our inner tubes peacefully and enjoy the lake without being run down by boats and jet skis. Great communication with the property management and no hiccups with check in or check out. I highly recommend this property!

My husband and I bought this house in the Spring of 2013. It was completely unfurnished, but extremely clean. My girls helped me decorate this house to be comfortable for everyone. With the 2 bedrooms upstairs, we like to call one of the rooms the girls bedroom and the other the boys bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms are like 3 master rooms, each with its own full bath. We are both excited to offer this home to you as your get away from your own beautiful homes and enjoy some special time in Hot Springs. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood with great neighbors.

Why they chose this property

We like to call this house The Longshot because of Hot Springs being a horse racing town. Garry was in Kentucky when he found the picture you will see on the wall that says "take a longshot". After getting the picture framed, we decided this will be a great name for this house. It is a perfect house for 3 couples as well as family of 6.

What makes this property unique

The Longshot has so much to offer for such a reasonable price. As I said earlier, the 3 bedrooms with each one with it's own full bath, two of the bedrooms has a deck off the bedroom and the downstairs deck has a wonderful new hot tub. The kitchen is completely furnished and all the mattresses are made in Hot Springs. We often have renters wanting to know where we got such comfortable beds. We hope you will enjoy this house as much as we do. Thanks for considering this property.
