Eclectic 1720 square feet two bedroom apartment in the heart of Recoleta neighborhood, within walking distance to must-see sights, great bars and wide choice of restaurants.

From them moment you walk in through the main door of this building, the open wrought iron elevator will definitely make an impression. Once at the apartment, contemporary furnishings blend to perfection with art dec details to create the perfect atmosphere. Its high ceilings and exposed brick wall may be the first thing that catches your eye, but everything is in the details. The original tiled floor at the reception hall works in perfect harmony with the hardwood floors and exposed concrete and iron structures. The spacious main living area has plenty of comfortable seating space, a 32 screen TV with Cable and provides access to the french balcony. Turn on your chandeliers and think of Paris! The semi-open plan kitchen is fully remodeled and comes equipped with everything that you may need, and a little more. EUROPEAN STYLE LOFT IN HEART OF RECOLETTA

The VRBO listing was exaclty as the loft presented. The communication and care from property manager and team was beyond my expectaions, never a inquiry left unanswered. As well, the direction offered and care for everything from dining , exchange, recreation was apprecited and helpful. The location is a short walk of 2 block to the cemetery / mall/ and park with street vendors. There are cafes, fruit tiendas, bakeries within steps. Very lively, yet peaceful, safe and quiet! The lift is very comfortable and cozy with a splash of Euro Elegance ! The building is very secure .

Wonderful Experience

We had a chance to stay 5 days in this beautiful property a couple of weeks ago. The management company was very responsive and the apartment is spacious, clean and above all, in an excellent location two blocks away from the absolutely beautiful Cementerio de la Recoleta and all the restaurants and amenities. We are hoping to return next year to the same apartment!

Good location with lots of space

The apartment is located in a nice residential neighborhood and is very spacious. It is a bit tired but that is part of it's charm. For the current state of the Argentina economy and most prices it is a bit overpriced at what I paid.
