This property is 6 minutes walk from the beach. Situated in close proximity to the fashionable boutiques and restaurants on Raya Seminyak Street, the Villa offers private outdoor pool and free WiFi access.

The famous Made's Warung Seminyak is only about 500 m away from the villa, and Seminyak Square is only a 5-minute drive away. 66 Beach is about 4-minute drive away and getting to Ngurah Rai International Airport from the property will take around 14 minutes by car.

The villa has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and at first floor an open loft space where you can enjoy good music stereo system as well as completed by queen size bed which can be used as 4th beroom with additional cost USD 30 per person. The third room is a separate cosy bungalow with en suite bathroom.

The Villa is charming and you can feel the breeze in the open living room and enjoy sunny days in the spacious wooden decking around the pool. There is nice gazebo to have Traditional Balinese massage

You are close to Sunset Road and to the Seminyaks main shopping street with lots of designers shopping boutiques and the Bintang supermarket. There are lots of local eating places and restaurants on the way. Villa Domus de Janas

What an incredible stay we had Villa Domus de Janas. The place is immaculate, daily cleaning by the most beautiful kind women. Ketut was so easy to communicate with and was so prompt with answers to queries and assistance. The Villa is located walking distance to the beach as well as a whole array of restaurants, shops and stalls. The Villa itself is quiet and when there we felt like we were a world away from the hustle and bustle of busy Seminyak. We loved loved our stay and can’t wait to go back xx

Vacances de farniente et d’excursions

Superbe vacances !! Le gérant de la villa nous a accueilli à notre arrivée avec toute la gentillesse possible. Par son conseil, nous avons rencontré un chauffeur qui nous a conduit à chaque excursion que nous avons faites (bien utile et pratique car à 6 nous étions tous dans le même véhicule) Le personnel de la villa , des femmes de ménage au jardinier, tous étaient extrêmement gentils et serviable. Bref des vacances de rêves comme on espérait en passer en partant de France.

Beautiful villa Seminyak

We loved our stay here. Villa was exactly like the pictures, very clean, host was easy to get a hold Of a helped with what we needed. Pool and whole property was perfect. Location was very close to shops and about a 15 minute walk to the beach but drivers/cabs are everywhere, if you do not want to walk. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook, need to buy spices, sugar etc. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Experience

Our stay here was amazing! Everything was clean and looked like the pictures. The only thing was that the surround sound was broken even though it is listed as part of the ad.
