About this property

Our little pink house is unique, cozy and convenient, located less than a half mile from downtown Maryville. The property is set on the edge of a residential neighborhood that boarders the downtown business district. You will find yourself in walking distance of several local businesses, restaurants, and bars. This convenience is hard to find in Maryville. You will also be in walking distance of Maryville College and Maryville High School. Our home is decorated with a personal eclectic style and doubles as an art studio when not rented. Currently we offer internet access and Netflix TV. Parking is behind the house. There are two steps up to the front porch from a pea gravel front walkway. The home is not wheelchair, or really even handicap, accessible.

Good Communication

This is a nice older home in a convenient area of town. Communication with Robin was very good. She was quick to respond with questions and proactively let us know when the house was ready.

House entrance not safe

We could not enter the home without crawling up a rock to the entrance. We did not stay their any night as there are no rails to hold as you try to walk onto porch! Expecting refund except for one day!
