About Vacasa of the Coeur d'Alene Region
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s familys summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Clean and well maintained. We had a flawless trip.
Spring fishing trip
House was clean and well furnished. Had a perfect week. We’ll be back.
Mother’s Day at the Octagon
Two years in a row.... fun time here with beautiful views. The place has a laid back, cabin feel. Wish the kitchen had a few more tools, but we make do. BBQ is great! Eating outside too! Love the deck. Good for our 3 year olds!
A great lake house
We liked the view, the heat worked well, there were TV DVD equipment that was simple to operate, no Wifi. I would stay here again. Probably off season.
Quiet, relaxing and near an interesting city.
The only con for us was no wifi. It may have been a blessing. If you have issues with walking stairs, there are a lot of stairs to get into the house.
We had an exception stay for a long weekend. The weather was cold and damp but the heating and wood stove took up the slack. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and the kitchen was more than enough.
The view out the windows was great. You don't look at neighbors homes, your view is out over the bay. At night, when it was clear, there were far more stars to see than where I live.
Finding the house was easy with a Garmin. I highly recommend this rental.
This place had a beautiful setting. Wonderful outdoor space. Easy access to town and places to eat.
