Located in the Altos de Trancoso Condominium – a reserve with 95mil m² of squares and green areas, beautiful viewpoints and with direct access to Coconut-trees Beach (Praia dos Coqueiros) – this cozy villa to rent in Bahia, offers all the comfort and convenience necessary to live the perfect vacations.

All five spacious suites have ocean views and are equipped with air conditioning and walk-in closet, comfortably accommodating up to 10 people.

The living areas include a living room, dining room and TV room with classic and simple decoration, without giving up refinement and sophistication. The vast outdoor area has a 25-meter swimming pool, balconies, and hammocks for resting in strategic locations, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.

The place also has access to the Wi-Fi network, daily cleaning service, cook, concierge, swimming pool technician, and gardener. In the event of a power outage, a private generator ensures the light and telephone operation in the residence.

The Trancoso Village (Vila de Trancoso) is currently one of the main destinations not only in Bahia but also in Brazil.

With the ideal balance between tranquility and excitement, with beautiful beaches and mild climate all year round, its highlight is the Quadrado, the central square of the village surrounded by charming colorful houses where today many bars, restaurants, shops and handicrafts and designer luxury brand.
