12 minute walk to Park City Canyons Village gondola and ski lifts, which provide fabulous skiing at all levels, expert to beginner runs. The Park City Ski Resort Canyons Village provides shops, restaurants, concerts and after ski activities. From the Village you can connect directly by ski lift to the Park City Center and Historic Main Street. Deer Valley Resort can also be reached with free shuttle/bus service. Cross country skiing just outside the condo or drive/shuttle 1/2 mile to several groomed courses. Tennis courts, two large hot tubs, heated pool and sauna are just a 3 minute walk from condo. 2 miles to 2002 Olympic Venues: Winter Sports Park with ski jumping, luge and bobsled courses. Three miles to Historic Park City. This is a charming area with many excellent restaurants and shops. (As noted above, It is possible to access the Main Street district directly via the ski lifts at Canyons Village). Short walk to Park City Canyons Village. Tubing and sledding park within 6 miles, Tanger Outlet Stores 3 miles. Three minute walk to free bus system. Freeway interchange for I-80 is 3 miles away with easy 25 minute drive to Salt Lake International Airport.

We have owned our Mountain Townhouse condo for 21 years and live in nearby Salt Lake City. We are close enough to keep the condo in superior condition and we continually make improvements. The condo is immaculately clean. We are easily available if there are any problems for our guests.

This property is surrounded by open space, with serene mountain views from large windows. Kitchen with quarts counters was remodeled in 2019. The townhouse is close to the lifts, but has an open, private southern exposure and is situated away from the crowds and traffic. This townhouse condo is furnished with charming waxed pine furniture, comfortable seating, stainless appliances and quality linens. You can walk directly out to the open grassy area from the condo, where children can play or sled in the winter. With bedrooms on three different levels the condo offers complete privacy for all guests. The townhouse is light and sunny and feels secluded and very quiet. You can walk to the ski lifts or the golf course. We love to ski the wide variety of ski terrain at Park City Resort which accommodates the expert skiers in our family along with our young grandchildren.
