Deluxe, reversed living, contemporary, ocean views, granite kitchen, top line appliances, huge front deck overlooking the ocean, two additional decks (one is screened in), 50' LCD TV, Wi fi service. Stunning great room has hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and offers large dining area and open living space for entertaining or relaxing. Lower level has 400 sq foot family room, great for the kids.

Great LOCATION on beach block! So close to the water (see photos), easy on an off the island, great restaurants and activities within walking distance. No street to cross to get to beach.

Master suite with King-size bed, private bath and large screened in porch. Second bedroom also has king-sized bed. Bedroom 3 has new Twin over Twin and Double over Double bunk beds. Can sleep up to 6. Bedroom 4 has Twin over Twin and Twin over Double which can sleep up to 5. This house was made for large families!

Separate laundry room, outdoor shower, and private fenced in back yard.

One car garage plus 3 spots in driveway. Beach chairs, toys, beach badges are all included.

Perfect house Ship bottom NJ

The property had all the amenities that were needed for a great beach vacation within feet from the beach. The owner was very responsive and communicated throughout the process. I would definitely come back and stay again

So great that we keep coming back!

This is our 3rd summer renting here and we could not ask for more. The house is well maintained, clean, spacious, comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen and garage that has tons of chairs, umbrella's and toys. The location is great. Close to the beach (3 houses) and stores. The grand kids love walking to Bagel Eddie's and the adults enjoy walking over to Joe Pop's. The ocean and beach views off the balcony are relaxing and a great place to spend time with family. Every summer we are so sad to leave and already start a count down for next summer.

Wonderful vacation experience

Our vacation stay could not have been better in this beautiful shore house! We needed a spot for our adult children and two grandchildren to be together for the week and it proved to be a crowd pleaser. It is well maintained and exceptionally clean. The open floor plan makes socializing fun. Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are provided, as well as, other amenities that the owners personally use. If you like to cook, you will feel like Rachel Ray in the kitchen; but if you want to eat out, you are steps away from many great places. The view from the deck is instantaneously amazing (as in "leave your work cares behind") and Craig makes the rental process a breeze. Would enthusiastically recommend this rental with no hesitation!

Beautiful and relaxing!

What a wonderful stay we had! Myself, my husband, and 2 children stayed in this wonderful home for one week this past July. From start to finish, Craig was so nice and easy to work with, too. The home had everything we could have possibly needed, including all kitchen items, beach toys for the kids, coolers to bring to the beach, bicycles, boogie boards, and more! There was plenty of room for us; we even had friends and their children stay for a few nights. Even then, there was still plenty of room! The home is decorated perfectly for a beach house, the view of the ocean was spectacular, and the VERY SHORT walk to the beach was amazing. Our children had such a wonderful time that they were so very sad to leave. I cannot say enough positives about our experience. We felt so at home! Thank you and we will definitely be looking to rent this home, again!

Great vacation

What a beautiful house! Everyone was commenting on how beautiful the home was. All of the children..and the adults...enjoyed the short walk to the beach and spectacular view from the deck. The owners made the rental process very easy. We loved that there were chairs, umbrellas and sand toys; just one less thing we had to bring from home. We'll definitely be contacting you next year to rent again!
