Wraparound Lanai - Direct Oceanfront View, sleeps 6, new A/C, free WIFI

Our fully central air conditioned condo unit 711 is beautifully appointed with island decor throughout. The master suite boasts a tropical trip-tic by a local artist. In addition, the dining and living areas also include original art. From the moment you step in the door you will be greeted by a breathtaking view of the ocean: Lana'i island to the left and Molokai island to the right. As you proceed to our 43ft. wraparound lanai, you will most often be greeted by green sea turtles as they feed on coral in the surf. You'll enjoy our free WiFi throughout the condo and cable TV in both bedrooms and the living room. Our full kitchen with new appliances is well stocked with service for 6 and a washer/dryer is located in the unit. The dining table seats 6. The master suite is large with a comfortable king bed w/luxury linens; a 42' flat panel TV/DVD; and a clock radio w/docking station. The guest bedroom has twin beds that convert to king if desired; a 36' flat screen TV/DVD; clock radio with docking station. Both main bathrooms include a tiled walk-in shower with luxury linens. The living room has a comfortable queen size foldout couch with large flat screen TV and DVD player. Free wireless internet (WIPI) is available within the unit. To the left as you walk in the front door is a bonus 1/2 bath which is desirable for when you have guests over to visit. The wraparound couch in the living room folds out to a queen bed, so the condo sleeps six comfortably. Three sets of sliders give access to the 43ft. wraparound lanai from the dining area, living area, and master bedroom. This provides breathtaking and seemingly private ocean and mountain views. The Royal Kahana property boasts a spacious pool area with a large heated pool; an impeccably maintained lawn area with lounge furniture for sunbathing; a large indoor cabana for dining and entertainment; several gas barbeques, ping pong tables, and shuffleboard. There is an exercise room with treadmills, weight machines, and stair-stepper. Parking is available outside or in the underground garage. The Royal Kahana resort charges $18 per day for parking.

Perfect family Unit in a wonderful location!

My wife and I, along with our two teenage boys spent 5 nights staying in this wonderful apartment in Kahana, Maui. The unit is spacious and takes in some phenomenal views of the ocean and surrounding islands. From the balcony were able to see the turtles swimming down below and further out to sea, the Humpback Whales frolicking as they move for their annual Winter migration. The unit has everything you require and we particularly appreciated all of the 'small things' provided to help our stay get off to a great start, including tea, coffee, toaster, hand wash, toilet paper, food wrap etc. The beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling equipment were well appreciated and enjoyed for our days on the beach. We recommend visiting the local beaches, most just a short drive (5-10 mins) including Napili, Kapalua, DT Fleming Park, Honolua Bay. Fabulous snorkeling, amazing fish and turtles to be admired and enjoyed - better than a boat trip with all of the other tourists!!! The unit is well maintained, with plenty of space to spread out, the beds are super comfortable and the WiFi excellent for all of your nightly planning for activities the next day. There are many food and dining options within walking distance of the complex, also Banks nearby and a McDonalds if you so desire. The Coffee in the nearby Kahana Village - Hawaiian Village Coffee store, is very good and a nice spot for breakfast or snack. We really loved being tucked out of the way in Kahana, very quiet and relaxing, yet having easy access to shopping and other activities in nearby villages. Hiring a car is recommended to cover other wonderful towns across Maui. We would love to return one day!

Absolutely fantastic condo

The view of the lanai is outstanding. We truly enjoyed this condo. Well stocked, clean, comfortable. Loved watching the turtles out front. Great location, food and restaurants close by. Quiet at night. Pool area great. Will absolutely book again in the future.

Royal Kahana trip 2024

The very best View in Maui

The most spectacular view in all of Maui. Condo is very good but could use some updating (living room furniture). Refrigerator door swings the wrong way(very easy to fix).

The Frey Vacation

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The view off the lanai was spectacular. The whale activity was exceptional. We saw lots of breach’s and calves with their mothers. The time by the pool was very relaxing and gave us as a family lots of interaction time. We enjoyed our walks in the morning, and the activities we went to were a short distance. We created some lifetime memories together as a family. Thank you very much Mike for letting us be able to stay in your condo. It was very comfortable and clean. Jennifer did a outstanding job on all of our needs at the condo. She deserves lots of accolades.
