Deer View Lodge is a three-story, 2800 square foot home with a total of 6 bedrooms plus a loft (each with a 24-inch LCD TV and premium cable TV) and 3 full bathrooms. The house is situated on a quiet wooded street. On the lower level, there's a game room with pool table, ping pong, a 55-inch LCD SmartTV with premium cable TV and access to YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Video and much more. The arcade machine is set up for free play and has 100+ games, including many classic games such as Pac-Man, Mrs. Pac-Man, Centipede, and Asteroids. There is also a Classic Super Nintendo. Directly off the game room is the outdoor patio which holds the hot tub.

On the second floor is the large great room with cathedral ceiling, a floor-to-ceiling stone gas indoor/outdoor fireplace, and a 65-inch LCD SmartTV with premium cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic cookware, and has a 25 cubic foot side-by-side refrigerator, a ceramic cook top stove & oven, and an over-the-range microwave. It's perfect for cooking for large families with its spacious granite counter top and breakfast bar that seats three. The dining room has an 8-foot solid wood table with seating for 10. Outside is a 550 sqft wraparound deck, complete with adirondack chairs, dining tables, and a Weber gas grill.

On the third floor there is a large 14’ x 12’ loft that overlooks the great room and has an awesome view through the chalet windows. The loft is furnished with a twin size daybed and a 32'-inch LCD TV with premium cable TV.

The house is layed out for optimal use by large families. With a total of nine (9) flat screen TVs in the house, there's room for everyone to relax and be entertained.

Must be at least 25 years-old to rent the home, ID required.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning, linens, towels, and the cost of laundering. We also make the beds complimentary prior to guest arrival. Guests are subject to an additional $250 cleaning fee if grill not cleaned adequately after use
