Great little cottage!

  • 5 of 5

Perfect location for a stay in Beaufort S.C! Close to downtown and to the harbor. Quiet neighborhood. The cottage is decorated so cute, nice clean appliances and bedding. 10-15 minute drive to Parris Is. for Marine graduation! Would stay here again!

Cute cottage very clean sweet hostess

  • 5 of 5

My family went for my sons Marine Corps graduation and made a minivacay out of it. The cottage is adorable and in a very quiet neighborhood about 11 min from Parris Island. It has a quaint charm that makes you wish you lived there all year long. Nadine was a great hostess and prompt with her replies to questions. There is a farmers market on Wednesdays just a block away and great people are there. My children had the most amazing time. The shopping district is only a 10 minute walk away but doesnt feel like it because of the beautiful view and homes. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location for a Beaufort stay!

  • 5 of 5

Just 2 short blocks from the water and gorgeous sunsets! Quiet area. Cottage was perfect for the friend trip with USC-Beaufort as our art educators conference. Enjoyed walking to Bay St. For food and galleries! Kitchen well supplied with items needed should you want to fix your own food. Nice hot water for shower. Wish we could have stayed longer for more exploring the area!

Cute cottage with most of the comforts of home

  • 3 of 5

We stayed here for Marine boot camp graduation, so we spent most of our time on Parris Island. When we first walked in, it had a damp, musty smell but we ran the dehumidifier nearly constantly, which cleared the air very nicely. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware, although it doesn't have a dishwasher. The bed was comfortable and the ceiling fan a nice feature. The bathroom is small but adequate. The mattress on the pullout sofabed was very uncomfortable, so our 18 year old son slept on the couch. The mattress might be adequate for young children. There is no door between the bedroom and hallway, so not as much privacy as we would have liked. No closet, but hooks and hangers are provided, with plenty of drawer space. Although a pass to the state park is included, the beach and light house are currently closed due to last year's hurricane. Overall, however, this little cottage met our needs and is very conveniently located to Parris Island. And Nadine very graciously allowed us late checkout so our new Marine could come back to shower after graduation. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially for couples.
