Large enough for multiple families to enjoy their own space, but also cozy enough for smaller groups to enjoy as well! Two minutes from family friendly Cranmore Mountain for summer adventure park activities as well as winter skiing, snowboarding and tubing. Just minutes to tax free outlet shopping, downtown North Conway and the Conway Scenic Railroad, Storyland, Echo Lake and hiking at Cathedral Ledge.

Basement level:
Private second living room space with Roku tv, full size bed, couch, foosball table and walk out slider to large backyard. Plenty of kids toys, games, DVDs and books for all ages. Bedroom with 2 bunk beds with bed railings. Spacious laundry room with washer and dryer and a full bathroom.

Main level:
Fully updated and equipped eat in kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All brand new utensils and dishware. Powder room and walk out porch with gas grill. Spacious living room with vaulted ceiling and grand wood burning stone fireplace. Large sectional to fit the whole family. Roku tv with DVD player and slider to large balcony with table and chairs.

Upper level:
One bedroom with queen sized bed and air conditioner. Another bedroom with queen sized bed with vaulted ceilings, private balcony and Roku tv. Master suite with queen sized bed and vaulted ceilings with air conditioner and master bathroom. Second full bathroom.

Loft:
Four twin sized beds and Roku tv and air conditioner.

Garage:
Heated garage with ping pong table and ski/snowboard rack.

To make your stay more convenient with little ones, we also have a high chair, bed rail, baby gates and pack and play available. All brand new linens and towels provided!

Perfect getaway
This was our second annual trip to North Conway/Cranmore Mountain and it could not have been more perfect. The property was very spacious and had everything that we needed.

First let me say we all really liked the location, the property, etc. Took a vote and everyone wouldn't mind staying there again next summer!! I just have a couple of MINOR items I'd like to mention. These are NOT COMPLAINTS! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the grill condition. There was so much grease in the catch pan that it caught fire when we used it the first time. Had to shut it down wait for it to cool and clean it out before we used it again. Also, the hanging cup for grease was filled to the brim. 4 stars instead of 5 for the listing which never mentioned FINES if the games were left in disarray and for parking in the wrong spot. Not a big deal because we always respect the rules, just thought the mention of fines was a bit overboard is all. Especially when the next-door neighbor parked adjacent to the railroad tie wall which in our case was marked NO PARKING on the parking plan sheet. Not a big deal since there is plenty of room for cars to get by even with cars parked there. Lastly, had a slight problem with the dumpster. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday the padlock was through the hasp but not locked. Yesterday morning the lock was used. I tried the code number left in your instruction book but it did not work on either side. I asked my son to try but he has no luck either. Again, not a big deal, we just pulled the bar forward on top of the dumpster and lifted the cover to deposit the trash in bin. just thought you should know. Respectfully, M.Picardo

great house for my family of 2 sons and their wives and 2 grandchildren. well equiped
loved the house and area. Grandkids loved Storyland. Wish the weather was better, but still had a good time.
