This spacious 2-bedroom apartment, which sleeps 6, is located within the heart of tourist London. A stone's throw from the British museum, the British Library, Covent Garden and its theatres, Waterloo Bridge and many more London landmarks. The flat is very quiet, situated within a courtyard and not directly on the street. For transport: Russell Square tube station is 2 minutes away with a direct line to Heathrow airport. The flat is also well serviced by bus route, with bus number 7 going all the way down Oxford Street. Furthermore, 2 minutes away is the Brunswick Centre, with its restaurants, cafes, big and well stocked supermarket, shops and cinema. For nature lovers, there are many green spaces in the vicinity. This modern flat comprises all the latest conveniences including a dishwasher, 'Mile' washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer, cable flat screen TV and free wireless internet access. Recently renovated to a high standard, there are 2 bathrooms (shower and bath), and a fitted-kitchen. Located on the second floor (no lift), this modern, sunny apartment is comfortable, clean and very practical.

Lara’s flat was terrific, my wife had meetings at UCL and it was super convenient.

Lara was very thorough, and reliable, met me at the flat at an awfully late hour, and returned my damage deposit via wire transfer in a timely manner. All in all, if you need a comfortable base in central London, you can’t ask for a better spot. It is supremely quiet, and I felt entirely safe leaving my 11 year old daughter there for periods of time. She was also helpful with other advice, and you should have no fears.

London Where You Want to Be

My wife, her sister and I stayed in the apartment and found it clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient. Good restaurants just steps away and an Underground Station just a block away. Anna met us at the apartment, explained the appliances and other specifics. Everything works and is in excellent condition. The apartment is also very quiet at night: we slept very well.

Charming apartment

We found this place to be exactly what we were looking for. Great location (close to Russel Swuare Station) and easy to walk to The British Museum or Kings Cross Station, good size, two bathrooms, comfortable beds. It felt safe and there is a Tesco around the corner so we were able to stock up on essentials. The only issue was communicating with the owner was only slightly challenging. We had one person from our group arrive earlier than the others, and she went by to drop off her bags before check in, at the suggestion of the owner, but the previous tenants had no idea she was doing this and were still there when she arrived, so she had to explain the plan to them when it should have been the owner. Also the emailing was challenging. My sister and I both wanted to be on the email chain however sometimes she would get an email only and sometimes I would get it only. Made things a little confusing. All in all, we would stay there again.

Looking forward to returning!

I stayed here with my four adult sons for one night in July 2016. The flat cannot be beat for value and location. To sleep five people at a hotel would have been three times the cost. Plus we saved by cooking our own dinner. There is a full size grocery within a five minute walk. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. The place is very quite and on a lovely courtyard. Very close to the Tube and the British Museum. If I were returning to London, I would stay here again. Lara (Anna's daughter) is very sweet and helpful.

Very clean and quiet in a convenient location

We would recommend this property to our friends and would stay again should we have the opportunity to visit London again in the future. The property was clean and Anna was there when we arrived to give us a tour and explanation of the appliances. The washer and dryer were a true luxury after over a week of travel. The location is excellent as it is two blocks from the Russell Square station on the Piccadilly line which made getting around quite convenient. In addition, there is a market nearby. We were able to walk to the British Museum as well as the British Library. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Exactly as Advertised

We are a family of five from Granville, Ohio who just spent a great week in London at Stephen and Anna's flat and I can report that the property is exactly as advertised. Extremely well provisioned and wonderfully located just minutes, and I mean just 2 - 3 minutes walk time, from pubs, supermarket/drug store, Russell Square and the tube station. Only 10 minute walk to St. Pancras to catch the Eurostar for a day trip to Paris. Very safe neighborhood and Stephen and Anna were great to work with. Make sure to have breakfast at the Bloomsbury Coffee House.
