We are Dan & Dawne Deuterman. We live Greensboro, NC. We have 3 sons, 2 granddaughters & 2 golden retrievers. Hilton Head has always been one of our favorite places to visit and bring our family every year. This isn't just a rental property for us, its our 2nd home and we hope you enjoy it.

This is without question, the finest 2nd row home ever built in Palmetto Dunes. Its the only 2nd row home with direct beach access. Designed by noted architect Bill Vitto, the home exudes luxury.
This 5,000 square foot home features an open floor plan with ocean views, six bedrooms, six and a half baths, three living areas, a heated pool & spa, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, new carpet in bedrooms, a large open kitchen and bar, a breakfast area, lots of patios and decks.
3 Brigantine is located 2nd Row from the Island's best beach. The beach path is right across the private cul-de-sac street and within 120 steps from your door. This Hilton Head home is great for a large family retreat, multiple families, or the corporate meeting getaway.
It features an up-side-down floor plan. The first floor features 10' ceilings, a comfortable living room with microwave and small refrigerator, four bedrooms, and four full baths downstairs. The living room and guest bathroom downstairs have doors the lead to the pool / spa area. The mid-level (between first and second floors) includes one of the home's two master suites.
As you move to the second level, you will find a wide open area with all windows that includes two living areas, the dining room, the huge open state-of-the-art kitchen, a breakfast area, a breakfast bar with three stools, a powder room, and the second master suite which features a large bathroom and private deck. Both master suites include whirlpool tubs! This home features a flat screen TV & cable in all six bedrooms, two additional TVs in the living rooms, a two car garage, a gas outdoor grill, and is located in Palmetto Dunes within walking distance to the Marriott Hotel, Tennis, Trent Jones Golf, General Store and the Canoe Rentals. Wedding weekend
Such a wonderful home and location. The house was everything we expected and more. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms and space. We were married on the beach right at the beach access at the house and it was perfect. Getting ready was a breeze and I am still so impressed with how easy check in, check out and everything in between was. We can't wait to go back!
Everything you could want in a vacation rental. As close to the beach as 2nd row gets!!
Stayed with the whole family and had a great time. Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. The pool and spa where great to relax around after spending all day at the beach, and the outdoor sound system and grill only added to the enjoyment. Also loved the heated outdoor shower to rinse off after coming off the beach.
All of the amenities were well updated from the living room furniture and dining table to the kitchen and super fast Wi-Fi.
The house is located directly across from the beach access so walking to and from the beach is the same distance as being beach front. It's also located very close to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again!!

I wouldn't stay anywhere else at Hilton Head! The house in Palmetto Dunes is a short walk to anything you want to do. Everything at this house is updated and the highest quality, yet still comfortable and cozy for family and friends. All the bedrooms and baths are VERY large and nicely private so multiple families have their own space, but the top level living/kitchen/dining area has more than enough room for everyone to gather and be together. Multiple decks and outdoor spaces allow for great views on all sides of the house. The new outdoor kitchen/grill area is top notch, and there is enough seating for everyone to be outside by the pool! Love the Apple TV so accessing movie rentals through Netflix, Hulu, and ITunes is very convenient. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Palmetto Dunes is simply one of the best resorts with the most amenities on the Island. Fantastic Beach, with great location near the hotels, tennis and golf!
