My stay

Our stay here was ok.. Outside of the refrigerator not getting cool enough (had to use a small mini fridge for all of our items needing cooling) and a crack in the ceiling our stay was fine. The neighbors were great and the community was really quiet. The property manager Eugene was accommodating. We were not able to move in on our original booking date because the tenant before us was stuck in Okc because of canceled flights.. We had to move in 2 days later but Eugene made up for it on the back end and allowed us to stay 2 extra days. Eugene was quick to respond if there was a question.

Perfect Home Away From Home

This property had everything we needed! Clean, well stocked. The unit was nicely decorated, homey. Overall quiet, friendly neighborhood. The property manager was extremely nice and helpful. We SHALL be staying here again when traveling to the area! Thank you sooo much for a great experience!!

Gross apartment and rude manager.

This will be a lengthy review so bear with me. Staying at this property was very bittersweet. When my boyfriend and I entered the apartment the first thing we noticed was that the floors were not swept properly. The toilet had feces in the side of it and left over soap in the bathtub and old razors in the drawer from pervious customers. In the kitchen, the top of the fridge was covered in nasty thick yellow dust. The bedroom was the cleanest but the top bed cover smelled like it was covered in cologne to cover up the smell of cigarettes. Also, after looking at some of the dishes we realized they weren’t even cleaned properly. The place was utterly disgusting so I texted the manager to come by to talk about why this place isn’t cleaned up and see if we can work out something. He called me and IMMEDIATELY he was defensive and told me everything was cleaned. After talking for about 5 minutes, he came to the apartment himself and it was a nightmare. When my boyfriend tried to explain to him all of the issues, he said he “lysoled” everything and when he was presented with the refrigerator issue, he just said “who eats on top of the fridge” and said that everything that wasn’t sanitary is not going to kill us. During the midst of this, he made fun of my boyfriend’s attire (a t-shirt and jeans) more tacky than the apartment itself and that is main reason why this property is getting a one star. You do not get to insult anyone because of your lack of cleanliness. Eugene, you were completely out of line for making fun of my boyfriend when you didn’t have an excuse about the dirty apartment. You threatened to give me a bad review if I even criticized you at all and that is completely unfair. If you mess up, FIX IT. You came into that property ready to defend yourself when you didn’t even need to. All we wanted was a calm conversation (and we attempted to remain calm the whole meeting) but you decided to be rude, defensive, and not take any accountability for the uncleared areas. Shame on you. Do not book this property. It’s a cute place, but the manager is rude and the stuff will not be clean. Have a good day.
