The main entrance takes you into a brand new, fully stocked for 16 guests, chef's kitchen with counter eating space and large eat in area. The first floor boasts water views through double sliding doors in the kitchen and family room, bringing the outdoors inside. The family room is two story with a floor to ceiling brick fireplace and deck access to large outdoor seating area. Sit and enjoy the osprey and other water fowl early morning feeding. A completely renovated master bedroom with king bed, and bath are located on the first floor. Master bath is new with double vanities, private water closet, glass enclosed steam shower with rainfall shower head and water view. 2nd bedroom, fresh paint and new carpet, has queen bed, large closet space and new full hall bath with tub/shower. 2nd floor has large loft area overlooking family room with water view, 2 spacious bedrooms and completely renovated full bath with double vanity. The house is truly amazing, but the property is what makes this house stand out from all the others! It is located on a large manicured lawn with private access to your own 275 ft 2 story pier stretching out into the Kitty Hawk Bay. The sound is shallow water, safe for kayaking, canoeing, fishing and crabbing. We provide kayaks, a canoe, 2 stand up paddle boards for your enjoyment. Bring your own boat or jet skis. There is a public boat ramp right down the road to launch your water craft and then keep it docked at the end of the pier for your entire vacation! Crab traps are provided to catch a fresh dinner for your family to enjoy together that evening. Crab pot is provided as part of the fully stocked kitchen! A private outdoor shower with rainfall shower head and dressing room is located on the ground level for a refreshing shower after a day at the beach or on the water.

A beautiful biking/running trail begins at the end of the driveway. We have 2 beach cruiser bikes for your enjoyment. Ride the path to Capt'n Franks for the best meal on the beach, other shops, mini golf or the beach! White Street Beach is a short walk, bike or drive from Sounds Perfect. White Street is a private beach with beautiful white sand and lots of shells for the beach comber. Many pieces of precious sea glass have also been found by the avid collector. Beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys are provided for your use.

Our house is located on MP5 in Kitty Hawk. Only 5 minutes from the Wright Memorial bridge which makes for easy Saturday check-in. We ask that you arrive after 4pm and check out by 10 am.
