Ocean block duplex located in the heart of Dewey Beach. Only a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean, close to Ruddertown, restaurants and shops.

Fenced in Side yard Roof top deck and second floor balcony with views of Ocean and Bay. Two outdoor showers.

First floor contains a large sunroom, living room,, kitchen, dining area and powder room. Second floor contains six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, balconies off three bedrooms. Two rooms furnished with queen beds, two bedrooms with 2 twin beds, one double/single bunk bed, one king bed with attached bath, 2 queen sleeper in living rooms. Sleeps 12-16. Five TVs, DVD, CD and WIFI available

Perfect for fun, relaxation and views

This house was wonderful. Plenty of space; very clean; views are awesome from the roof. Walking distance to everything we needed. We had everything we needed and more. The property manager is awesome—everything was PERFECT! We can’t wait to go back

Family Get Away

Second time renting this home for a family get together and it was an amazing weekend. Beautiful views, clean, great location and very attentive owner. Will definitely rent this home again and highly recommend

Family Weekend

Our family of 10, (8 adults and 2 children) stayed here over a weekend in March. The house was very nice. Well furnished, clean, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. A little more of what is at the house could have been included in the listing such as K-cup machine, beach chairs. It was nice we could bring our dogs although the side yard was a bit small and I was afraid they would jump the gate. We would definitely stay here again.
