Amaragiri Resort is a family run holiday villa. The villa is managed by the owner and her family who resides in the United Kingdom. We go that extra mile to ensure the safety and comfort of the guests and guarantee a memorable stay at ours.

Why they chose this property

The accommodation is located 5 minutes walk away from Udupila Bus Stop and the beach. One and half miles away from Mirissa Rail Station and 49.6miles away from Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport. Surrounded by the green vegetation, the bungalow is the home to thousands of birds and vibrant creatures such as squirrels, rabbits and porcupines. The stretch of golden sandy Mirissa beach, globally well known for whale watching is just few minutes walk away from ‘Amaragiri. It is situated in the midst of a range of culturally rich natural habitats that offers the guests the luxury of experiencing the beauty of the native island.

The guests will be welcomed by us and the keys handed over. Our caretaker will be on-site during the stay and the owner can be contacted at anytime if a guest wishes to do so.

We also provide a laundry service at an additional cost if requested. All our rates are excluding breakfast. We also have a restaurant on-site where the guests are welcome to order meals at an extra cost.

Our guests can hire bicycles from us to travel short distance. We also have recommended tuktuk drivers for our guests. We have a private car/van hire for long journeys/ airport transfers which makes it easier for our guests to travel in Mirissa and around the island.
