3 Bedroom 2 Bath, Sleeps 6-8
Hello, my name is Doug. I really enjoy being the host. Silver Hill is a very unique property in that it has all the grandeur of a classy 1908 bungalow, high ceilings, wood floors, adorable yard, plus the very high end amenities. The best part is when the guests enter for the first time and go 'WOW!'. Everybody raves about their stay here.
Douglas purchased this House in 2011
Why Douglas chose Silver Hill
It is beautiful inside and out and it is close to everything.
What makes this House unique
The kitchen is a joy to cook and entertain from. The dining room opens up to a darling sun room that opens onto the back courtyard with grass and a large shade tree for great outdoor entertaining.

My son and I had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house over the Christmas holidays. We plan to stay again. Thanks Doug!!
Our stay was work related. The property manager, Doug was very helpful in making our stay comfortable! I highly recommend this beautiful home.
We keep coming back.
We have stayed at Doug’s house on Silver several times. It is very conveniently located for us, close to UNM and to downtown/Old Town. We love the house.
The home was perfect for us. Furnishings very nice, beds comfortable and location was great. I highly recommend this property for Albuquerque visitors.
Silver Hill Stay
This was our second stay in this Silver Hill charmer. Excellent accommodations. This home is fully upgraded and met our needs and taste. Cool vibes in ABQ.
Nice place for the price. Close to everything beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The coffee was a plus for the morning thank you Doug. Close to everything.
Nob Hill is truly one of the most desirable locations in Albuquerque. It has a lively night life and a very eclectic, diverse population.
Our home is located on a quiet street near a major hospital, airport and other public transportation including a commuter train to Santa Fe.
Walk to a wide variety of restaurants, shops and galleries.
Day trips from Albuquerque are my favorite. Santa Fe, Taos, White Sands, Carlsbad caverns, many Native American reservations, Pueblos and ruins, all within a one to three hour drive. We also have the worlds longest tram that takes you from the desert floor to the top of the Sandia Mountains where you get a fantastic view of the city and watch the sunset from a beautiful restaurant at the top.
